The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Welcome to our charming Feldkasten in Bischofswiesen! The field box is nestled in an idyllic landscape, surrounded by the legendary Untersberg and the Sleeping Witch. It is a traditional wooden house with kitchen, bathroom/shower/toilet on the first floor, as well as a living/sleeping room on the upper floor (accessible via an external staircase). From the terrace you can enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Spa amount not included.

You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Unsere großzügige Wohnung liegt in Ruhelage an der Salzach, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Im 2. OG gelegen bietet sie einen traumhaften Ausblick. Mit neuen, hochwertigen Boxspringbetten, Designerküche, Wohlfühlbad, Wohnlandschaft mit B&O Luxusfernseher, offenem Kamin, Balkonen und WLAN bietet die Wohnung jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Gegenüber liegt ein Kinderspielplatz, 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Hallen- und Freibad. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden (Benutzung gegen Gebühr €10 pro Tag).

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

The mountain hut invites you to relax with its flair, the numerous seats in the fresh air and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are shops right in the village and they can be reached on foot. In summer, the cabin can be reached by car, in winter it is a short walk.
