Our house is in the middle of Berchtesgaden, has its own small garden and is very close to the Watzmanntherme, salt mines, castle and pedestrian zone. There you will find nice cafes, restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities. The house is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, a bathroom with tub and one with shower, balcony, terrace and a room with a bed in the basement. The Königssee, the Jennerbahn, the Hintersee and the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle's Nest) are also very close

Unser Häuschen liegt ruhig und zentrumsnah zwischen dem Stadtplatz und der A94. München, Passau, Salzburg und Chiemsee sind sehr gut mit dem PKW erreichbar. Ein nahes Ausflugsziel ist die Burghauser Burg, aber auch Tagesausflüge in die Berge kann man von hier aus gut einplanen. Badeseen, Freibäder, Supermärkte & Tankstelle sind schnell erreichbar. The Blue House - in Salzburg

The Blue House is a stylish guest house (130m2) with a great living atmosphere. The living room with its open, stylish and sensual bathroom is 50m2. From the balcony you can see the large natural garden. On the ground floor is the large kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and a bar. The guest house is ideal for a couple and their guests. In the summer the garden can be used in its entirety. The breakfast terrace is directly in front of the kitchen. The pergola is ideal for lunch and dinner.

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. Guests can also use a "electricity filling station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay an extra charge of €15 per pet/ night.

Downstairs is the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rain shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
