The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Ob im Sommer der Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein vor der Hütte ausklingt oder im Winter bei knisterndem Holzofenfeuer, in jedem Fall lädt die Unterkunft zum Entspannen ein. Es bietet sich ein spektakulärer Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und gelegentlich auch hinunter auf die Wolken.

Our charming apartment accommodates up to four guests across two thoughtfully designed floors. On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a cozy sofa, coffee table & flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a dining space. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet & hairdryer, and there is a convenient wardrobe area. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and a separate room offers two single beds. Both floors provide access to a private balcony.

Im Ortskern finden sie einen Bioladen und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Bahnhof liegt an der Zugstrecke von Landshut nach Salzburg.
