Above the beautiful mountaineering village of Ramsau, on the Alpine road, is our small, fine and cozy apartment with a kitchen, bedroom + shower/toilet. The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

Hiking, biking, swimming, climbing and the numerous sights such as the salt mine or ice caves, provide plenty of variety.

Located in a small village in the Salzkammergut region, the Haus und Hof Apartments offer modern architecture, design, and quality. 90m² of living space, a 40m² terrace, and a garden area. Lake Fuschl is 3 km away (7 minutes by car). Salzburg city center is 15 km away (30 minutes by bus or car). IMPORTANT: There is no air conditioning. Local tax must be paid at the apartment ( EUR 3,50 per person per night

The Resi apartment is part of the BergHoch3 apartments (berghoch3.at), which invite you to relax as much as to experience the Salzburg mountains in winter and summer. Surrounded by the Salzburg mountains, the house is in a sunny and quiet location at the start of Leogang. The apartment Resi is located in the souterrain of the building with living room and master bedroom facing south and lots of sun.

The "casa wii" is a fine, cozy and pleasant apartment in a very quiet location. The slopes are just a few kilometers from your retreat, which you can reach by bus or directly by car. Directly in front of the Casa Wii is the cross-country route and the winter hiking trail, where you can do your laps in a sporty but also elegant way. Our lovingly maintained farm is sunny and central, surrounded by our beautiful mountains. Here you can relax, unwind and simply enjoy your vacation. Seating area in the orchard. For the children there is a petting zoo with goats who love to be fed and petted. Our playground with playhouse, slide, swing, etc. will also appeal to the little ones.

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
