Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berchtesgadener Land

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a very nice stay. The tiny house is comfortably furnished and very clean. Everything was super equipped, so that even for cooking the most important utensils were there. The communication was also great and our questions were answered quickly. Glad to come back!

Our family of five loved our stay in Carolin Anne’s beautiful home in Hallstatt! The views from the house are fantastic, even better than the pictures. We found the house to be exactly as described and very comfortable. We had a rental car and found the walk from the suggested parking lot to be easy. Carolin Anne was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

We were able to find the accommodation of Daniel and Petra very well and felt very comfortable right away. Communication with the two has always worked very well. Everything you need for everyday life is available and the bus stop is right outside the door. It is also only 20 minutes on foot to downtown Berchtesgaden. We didn't miss anything and we had a wonderful time! We'll be back!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

The old city (Altstadt) of Salzburg has many attractions and draws large crowds. This apartment is about as close to the action as one can find, especially if you come by car and need parking. It is located on the opposite side of a small mountain, near the entrance to the tunnel that provides access to the old city. The walk through the tunnel was longer than we expected, but we became accustomed to it during our three-night stay -- while appreciating the fact that Edith's apartment is a location that's top-of-class. The apartment is excellent, and we also enjoyed the garden in the little spare time we had left after visiting museums. The parking is slightly inconvenient, as it requires walking up a rather steep grass slope. But, it's easy to unload and reload luggage by temporarily parking at the front door. Edith is an experienced host with a professional approach. Definitely worthy of a five-star rating.

Thank you for your hospitality. You were always kind and helpful. The place was nice, well maintained and cozy. The amenities were full. In the kitchen, there is everything for cooking. The location is perfect with mountain views. You can reach a lot quickly by car (Edeka, DM, Rewe, Aldi as well as sports shop). We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was easy to find and check-in was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the lockbox on the door. Stefanie was very easy to reach and provided us with all the necessary information directly and mostly in advance. She was also always available for inquiries. The apartment is nicely decorated, modern and above all very clean! We felt right at home. The equipment of the apartment was very good. In the kitchen, nothing was left to be desired for us. Our only minor criticism was the rather flat pillows in the bedroom. If someone prefers to sleep on higher pillows, they should pack one. However, this is also a matter of taste.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

I had a wonderful stay at the penthouse in Obertraun/Hallstatt. Everything was just as pictured—if not even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

We have already stayed in this apartment for the second time. It is perfect for 4 people. Parking is right outside the door. The kitchen is very well equipped. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
