Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Berchtesgadener Land

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) without counting the additional activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's playroom, ping pong table). In addition, it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth the trip and especially since Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

We (family with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay in the apartment at the resort. The apartment is clean and looks cozy. Space is more spacious than it looks from the pictures. The pool and sauna are clean and we used it a lot. Sometimes it was a bit busy in the pool, but logical considering it was peak season. We made great use of the National Parc Card we got after logging into the Pam-Villas area. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back here.

We stayed with Petra for a week and were very satisfied with everything. The communication with Petra was also very friendly and the amenities were very extensive, we just didn't find any tape ;) If we could improve something, it would only be the mattresses, which we all felt were in need of replacement. The bottom line is that we had a great stay and would be happy to come back 🍀

This lodge is located outside of the city in a quiet part of the woods. The building is new and everything is top-notch. Our unit had everything we could ask for and was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spacious balconies, high ceilings, beautiful kitchen, sauna, and very warm feeling.

Theresia and Rudolf are super friendly and loving hosts! Always helpful and accessible. There were many tips on the area, sights, gastronomy and cultural events. Simply magnificent! In addition, the Saalachtal Card, which we used extensively. Bus (stop right next to the vacation complex), mountain railway, natural attractions, or an adventure Almbus and much more are just part of the Saalachtal Card. The apartment is great! Everything you need and even more is included. Indoor pool and gym included. Great! Used it every day. The area is fantastic. Even the park with the castle makes you look forward to the vacation days. Thanks Theresia and Rudolf for 7 wonderful vacation days. Always happy to come back. Can recommend to anyone.

We stayed here two nights and had a great experience! Used our "Sommercard" to get a free ride on the Rittisberg gondola cable car one day and hiked up to the Austria Hut (and beyond) on another day. The sauna was fabulous and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen. It was also convenient to use the Sommercard for free rides on the bus and the bus stop is so close! Would definitely recommend and come again!

We felt right at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. The private sauna was of course an absolute highlight. If you like jogging, hiking and cycling in nature or in the forest, this is the place to be. Iris was always available and very helpful. The neighboring kitty also regularly kept us company and we were able to enjoy Easter breakfast outside in the garden in the most beautiful sunshine. We really liked it and we enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. Thank you, dear Iris!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Markus' apartment is one of the coolest accommodations I've been able to visit so far. The decor is totally crazy but at the same time very cozy. There were 6 of us there and we all liked it immediately and felt very cozy. The mattress in the beds is absolutely great. Nice and firm and you can sleep wonderfully in it. In addition, everything was super clean and smelled good. The kitchen equipment is excellent and you can start cooking right away, as oil, spices and enough equipment are on site. Highly recommend. Especially for larger groups really great. We had a spontaneous additional guest for one night and that was also no problem after a short consultation without extra charge. Great host, happy to come again!

We felt very comfortable. Highlight of the whole thing was that you could use the entire spa and children's area of the Hotel Cristallo (included).

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good and worth recommending.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

Nice quiet accommodation in a brilliant area. It is easy to do by public transportation. Due to the Berchtesgader pass, you can travel for free by public transport in the area, which is super convenient. From Berchtesgaden station, very frequent buses are within walking distance of the stay. From the house you can easily walk to the Jennerbahn and take other walks and you are also so at the Königssee to sail. We came by train from the Netherlands and did not miss our car. The house is neat and tidy with a great kitchen and bathroom. Good to know that you have to go through one bedroom to get into the other bedroom.

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment offers enough space, so you can also endure a rainy vacation day well. Very well furnished for four people. Very pleasant exchange with Klaus and his partner. Thank you, we will be happy to come back anytime 😊

We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's place! A great cottage, lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and cozy. The kids loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!
