Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Alaska

This is a cute lil place with great touches for folks with pets. Clean and practical as well.

We stayed at Tera’s place for our daughter’s hockey tournament with my sister-in-law and niece. It was a great space for our two families. The kids had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks. Having the garage in March was great. Tera was extremely responsive. We will stay there again on our next trip to Fairbanks.

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

We visited our son in Sitka and have stated at several places in town. This was by far our favorite place to stay. We were impressed by renovations that were done and the quality of the amenities. We appreciate Kasey sharing her home with us.

Lovely place to stay in Anchorage. The home is cozy in a luxe way. Everything is updated, including the bathrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with equipment, herbs, and spices, which we appreciated as we cooked during our stay. There was even a Brita so we didn't have to buy water. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The built in nightstands in the rooms with the queen beds were convenient for charging devices with or without a brick. Little thoughtful touches in providing easily forgotten items like detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room and Ziploc bags in the kitchen bring this place to the next level. We didn't get to see the Northern Lights during our stay in Anchorage, but the balcony was convenient for quickly stepping out to check. All in all, our group is thankful we had a place to stay where we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in.

The place was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. While located just off a relatively busy road as well as in a complex with other tenants I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was.

We absolutely loved Geoff and Corle's place. Location was amazong and communication was A+. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Jennifer responded very quickly even after business hours to whatever questions you had. Her place was beautiful, had a great scenery next to the clearwater river, and provided equipment outside for grilling and lounging if needed.

We enjoyed Alana's so much! It's very central and you can walk to so many places. We enjoyed walks to the harbor, or to Highlanders for some amazing coffee. Don't hesitate to book this!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Staying here was great! I’ve stayed here before while I was in Alaska for work and I knew for sure that I wanted to stay again. The space was amazing and cozy and the hosts are so kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend again and again.

A great stay! We were in awe of the wonderful nautical/ sea decorations, and the absolute comfort of their home. Very beautiful home with serene surroundings and close to store and ocean. Hope to stay again in our future Sitka visits!

Pros: Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes to cook there. Queen Murphy Bed with Bedding Rubber mats for wet stuff Location - Walking Path on Arlberg Ave that gives access to anywhere in Girdwood. 2 min from Ted’s Express lift. Bathroom - good shower and plenty of towels Private Super Responsive host Roku to stream content Cons: Pillows - flat. Shoulder sleepers like me might need to use 2 Couch pull out bed - needs a new mattress. Seems like it has seen some abuse. View from deck is mostly obstructed by condo buildings. Take the tram up for best views. No body wash, soap, or shampoo provided Strange clicking noises when the heat is on. Disrupted my sleep the first night or two. Building Access - funky doorknob where you have to insert the key and twist before it allows you to push the key hole in and unlock the deadbolt. Cons are minor. 11/10 would stay again or recommend to a friend. Thanks Diana!

Kirstyn was responsive and helpful from the get go. Her house was neat and clean and felt so homely. She was amazing and we loved her recommendations. The perfect host.

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

Had an amazing stay in Anchorage! The living room offered stunning views, and the bed was comfortable and spotless. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, along with great amenities that made my stay even better. I felt safe and truly at ease throughout my time here—highly recommend!

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.
