Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. This downstairs space of the house has many amenities that include but are not limited to a high-quality bed, heated floors, waterfall shower with stone floor, full kitchen for cooking, outdoor seating, shared outdoor fire pit (wood provided), beautiful grass yard, and more. The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry. Located in the Knik Glacier Valley, this getaway provides a spectacular retreat with many options for local activities. Enjoy the hot tub and take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!
