What a great location and home! No needs at all… just show up and you’re ready to relax! Great view of the entire area. Peaceful sleep in a clean home with plenty of room to enjoy. Brett is over the top helpful and responsive. This will become our normal Homer stay location moving forward - as long as there is availability as it books fast!

Great stay, very easy to checkin and checkout. Host had very few checkout instructions which I greatly appreciate.

The yurt was amazing! So cozy and clean and had awesome views! Colleen was incredibly responsive and even alerted me when the Northern Lights were expected to appear! The description of the yurt is incredibly accurate and the directions to the address were clear. The location is great for aurora viewing and for getting to some of the recommended viewing sites. It was so cool to stay in a yurt and I would highly recommend Colleen's place to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area.

This BnB is in a beautiful location on the Chena River and the rooms and amenities were very comfortable.

Rogers place was amazing! The sauna was so nice and the hot tin was amazing! We had some really neat black tailed deer that visited us every day. We will certainly stay there if we are in Juneau again!! Thank you!

With it only being 15 minutes out of town, it's the perfect place for an introverted couple to escape to after a day of socializing while still being able to stay outside with a gorgeous view! The mountain run off right next to it kept the yard cool during the unusually hot summer. 5 stars from us but light sleeps might want to bring an eye mask since there's no coverings on the windows from the midnight sun in the summer.

Black John’s Cabin was very charming and unique. It was such a treat to stay in such a historic place. The cabin was very close to all the shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and train bridge. We loved hanging out on the porch while the rain fell around us. It was magical!

The place was SO cute! Definitely wished we stayed longer, will most definitely plan a trip back! Thank you!

Debbie is always the perfect host and if we have to communicate, she is always very responsive! Bearberry Cabin was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. We were able to hang outside and feel safe.

This place was perfect! We stayed one night on our way up to Denali. Checking in was super easy, everything was clean, tbh it was the best sleep I’ve had so far in our 10 day journey through Alaska. Hosts were responsive. Bathrooms and showers clean. Nothing but good things to say! And our homemade muffins were the cherry on top! Thanks again!

First time staying in a yurt for us and it was great! Definitely a unique experience. Wake up every morning to a cup of coffee and a view. Never knowing what you’ll see!

Rebecca’s converted school bus was the perfect place to stay for an impromptu solstice weekend of hiking and music. The bed was soft and cosy, the living space surprisingly spacious and the bathroom clean and just a few steps away. Rebecca communicated well, welcomed my 2 dogs, was flexible and gracious when I found I’d left something behind.

Scott and Hester provide the real experience of a tiny home. Great amenities and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The area is very welcoming and taken care of. View is spectacular!! We recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

John and Hennie were amazing hosts. Their space went above and beyond many Airbnb‘s that I have stayed in. They had so many little touches like eye, masks, and earplugs for sleeping, and lots of great stuff in the kitchen. The only hiccup during our stay was the heating system went awry, but John was on it immediately. One of the most awesome parts of the day was when they let us know that there was a moose outside in the yard. We had perfect moose viewing for 30 minutes and there were actually two of them. It was the highlight of our stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and we would definitely book with them again.

Very clean apartment, comfortable beds! Appreciated the extra treats and waters, as well as having a washer and dryer. Apartment is in a good location for us when visiting family. Excellent communication with owner. (Of note, though, is that the shower water temperature can change very drastically at times). Otherwise very good stay!

Beachwood Manor was the ideal place to stay and relax. The view of Cook Inlet and Mount Redoubt is breathtaking. Carl's create talents are shown throughout the property. Carl provided great information on local venues to explore. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay again if we were in the Kenia area.

Rebecca is an amazing host! It was our second time here and we've enjoyed it each time. It is a great place to get a quiet weekend to get things done and to rest. Rebecca is very responsive about anything that is needed and the adorable cabin is stocked well with supplies. The location is great for a number of things to do as well.

Suzi’s place was perfect for the last leg of our AK adventure. It was a great setting to wind down with quick access to Glen Alps Trailhead and an easy commute to downtown/airport.

Would 100% recommend this place. Clean, easy access, and quiet setting. We’ll go back if we are in the area again. Craig was a great host and responded quickly anytime we needed anything.
