Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Centrally located, it is easy walking distance to lakes, trails, universities, and hospitals! 10 minutes to downtown and shopping malls! Note: this space does not have a washer/dryer. I have other properties that do.
