The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Great location in Southeast Anchorage. Just steps away from the Chugach National Forest with beautiful trails. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Close to dining and groceries and easy access to the highway and trails. While at the home relax in the Batman themed movie room or one of two living rooms. Great place to have separate spaces while giving you the opportunity to relax together as well. Plus enjoy one of the few homes in Anchorage with AC!
