The apartment is comfortable and clean and only a couple of minutes' walk to a supermarket and the tram/metro stops with central Vienna, about 10 minutes away. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy, and the balcony is a nice addition. The host was easy to deal with and responsive to our questions. The layout is a very open plan and there is no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living room spaces, which could be a problem if someone is trying to sleep while the other is awake. Also, the front door opens into the bedroom area and is quite thin, so you do hear any noise outside on the stairs where there is another Airbnb unit. There is also a children's dance school right outside the window. We were told that the AC wasn't working when we arrived, and it was quite warm and stuffy inside but once it cooled down it was ok. We also had some issues with the Wi-Fi being slow which we reported to the host and they said they would fix. Overall a good airbnb in a good location.

Karl's place was great. He met us at the train station, which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Then he did a full walk thru of the apartment. Karl is very friendly and is the consummate host along with being very responsive. The apartment was clean and quiet. The location is great as it is near shopping, restaurants, train station, and nature areas by the Donau River. We budgeted just under 30 minutes between leaving the apartment and arriving at a city centre location. The bed was very comfortable and also had very hot water. We were lucky enough to enjoy great weather and never had to use the heat or air conditioner. We will definitely check out Karl's place for future Vienna stays.

Milena war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das einchecken verlief sehr einfach und reibungslos. Sie hat uns empfangen & alles wichtige bezüglich der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet & modern. Genau wie auf den Bildern! Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, da es schön ruhig ist & zugleich die U-Bahn Station nicht weit entfernt ist um tolle Dinge zu unternehmen. Auch gibt es ein zwei tolle Cafés & Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung der Wohnung. Vielen Dank!

Die Kommunikation war supernett und auf jede Frage wurde schnell reagiert. Gute Tipps zu Aktivitäten, Parken, Restaurant etc- Bestnote! Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit allem nötigen, gut gelegen, wenn auch nicht ganz leise. Von der Dachterasse hatte ich mir etwas mehr versprochen, aber ein Bier hätte man da schon trinken können wenn das Wetter gepasst hätte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

My group of 4 loved staying at Den's place. The space is exactly as pictured in the photos, very clean and nicely laid out. My friends and I felt right at home here, it was super comfortable to lounge around and be "home". Den has also thought of all amenities, as we're backpackers, we had to do laundry and Den had washing detergent and even a laundry basket! The location of the house is a quick walk to the main train station but also a quick walk to get onto the subway to get into downtown. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

Het verblijf was perfect, een heel ruim en gezellig appartement met alles wat we nodig hadden. Het appartement is ontzettend goed verbonden met het openbaar vervoer wat het een perfect locatie maakt, net buiten het centrum van de stad. Klaus is ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en checkt vaak in (door een berichtje te sturen) of alles in orde is. We konden ook onze bagage in het appartement laten staan om nog de stad in te gaan, aangezien onze trein ‘s avonds pas ging. Een hele fijne ervaring en zeker een aanrader!

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Danke, Roman! Schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation. Viele Tipps. Persönlicher Empfang. Aldi praktisch gegenüber. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke, die wir in diesem Urlaub genutzt haben, da ich noch nicht ganz fit war nach der Grippe. Für 19,70 Euro/7 Tage kreuz und quer durch Wien gefahren. U-Bahn auch 10 Min entfernt. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man auch gut von hier aus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten laufen. Gemütliches, sehr angenehm ruhiges Altbau-Apartment im EG mit hohen Decken und Fenstern, bequemem Bett, zwei unterschiedlichen Kissen zur Auswahl, Waschmaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche,... Die Dusche ist praktisch im Flur, hinter dem schwarz-weißen Paravent - uns hat's überhaupt nicht gestört. Separate Toilette. Wohn- Schlafraum hat auch eine angenehme Größe. Für uns alles Gründe, warum wir immer wieder gerne airbnb buchen! Es war toll.

We had a nice stay in Vienna! The apartment was very easy to reach from the train station. The apartment was great for our group of 4 and having the two bathrooms was great. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no access to an elevator, if you are not able to do stairs this is something to consider. Overall great stay, thank you!

We loved our stay in the apartment. It is very comfortable for two people, well furnished and equipped with everything you might need if you want to cook. The apartment is extremely silent at night, you'll hear birds singing only in the morning. But what makes the apartment truly excellent is the position, a beautiful building on the Ringstrasse, with tram stops just in front, and museum quarter, hofburg, albertina really really close. Communication with Anna & Vladan was smooth, everything was well organised. Definitely recommended, we'll return once again in Vienna.

Alex was very responsive, instructions to check in were clear and he let us in early. Upon arrival there was a book full of recommendations and places to go. The apartment was within walking distance of the city or you could easily catch public transport. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great base for exploring Vienna. Easy to walk to most destinations. Lots of close restaurants and shopping. Super quiet apartment with windows and balcony opening onto inner courtyard. Easy check-in and check-out with very clear instructions and pictures.

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

An excellent location and I would definitely stay here again. The space is very nice and clean and all of the appliances and "extras" (such as the clothes iron) are of very high quality and I appreciated it. Also, the little cookies and champagne and beer in the fridge were a nice touch. The only critique (and this is not unique to this place) is that I'm not used to having to pay a $100 USD cleaning fee only to have to take out my own garbage. But it's a minor thing and the place is really very good.

Ich habe für einen Monat in Margot und Josefs Airbnb gewohnt und hatte die beste Zeit. Das Check-In war sehr flexibel, Josef war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und gab mir eine ausführliche Unterweisung und eine dicke, sehr schön ausgearbeiteten Mappe mit allen Infos über Wien, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man zum leben braucht, war super sauber, tolle Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und hatte perfekte Öffi Anbindungen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der eine schöne Zeit in Wien haben will. Danke!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war mit den nötigsten Dingen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit ausreichend Platz für 2. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig obwohl in der Nähe die Einkaufsstraße und mehrere Imbisse sind. Ein Frühstückscafe ist schräg gegenüber. Sehr gute Anbindung an die U-BAHN, 5 oder 6 Stationen zum Stephansplatz. Wir hatten unser Auto im Park and Ride Parkhaus Ottakring für 4,50€ am Tag untergestellt und haben die Wochenkrte der Öffis gekauft. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung weiter, und falls wir noch mal in Wien sind, kommen wir wieder.

We spent a month here and absolutely loved it. What a fabulous location, right in the heart of Vienna! The apartment had everything we needed, lots of space for family who joined us at Christmas, and was very comfortable. There were multiple good grocery stores nearby, for when we wanted to cook at home. We did so much walking around the city and never ran out of things to do and see. It was great to find a place that had three bedrooms (our teenager was fine in the bedroom accessed off the main bedroom), and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was a typical size for a large European city apartment but worked well for our frequent meals in. Great stay overall and we would happily come back to stay again.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft bis in die Innenstadt ist es auch nicht so weit. In der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden was man an Essen oder anderen Dingen benötigt. Bei fragen hat Sladjana sofort geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung in dem Altbau hat mir sehr gefallen. Tolle Umgebung und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Man konnte die Wohnung mit der Bahn schnell erreichen und man hatte Ruhe dort nach dem Trubel der Wiener Innenstadt. Wolfgang stand immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zu Verfügung. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.

O lugar era bem localizado, principais atrações próximas e acessíveis caminhando. Apartamento confortável. Só não havia ar condicionado (não nos fez falta pois estava frio, penso que talvez no verão faça diferença) e televisão. Por desatenção nossa, ficamos presos para fora (uma porta com chave digital talvez fosse conveniente para evitar esse tipo de situação), mas Eva nos atendeu prontamente e ajudou a solucionar.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Zudem hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Alle weiterliegenden Ziele sind perfekt per Straßenbahn, U-Bahn oder Bus zu erreichen, die Haltestellen liegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm, Augarten und Prater sind nicht weit und man hat die Wahl zwischen mehreren gut ausgestatteten Geschäften. Edith ist sehr freundlich und hat spontan alle unsere Fragen (leider auch mal spät am Abend, danke nochmal dafür Edith!) beantwortet. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

It was my 5th tome in Vienna, and Chris's plays was by far the best of all me previous stays. Maine points: 1. Great location. It is close to everything = (10 min. walt to Opera), and the same time on a very quiet street. 2. It is very spacious. Very often apartment in Europe feel a little claustrophobic,. Chris's apartment is very spacious, with a very big bathroom. It is an open concept apartment, so kitchen also feels very big. Overall I had a great time. Would book it again without a hesitation.

A modern living area is furnished with a gray sofa and a white coffee table. A circular dining table with white chairs is positioned nearby. Light wood flooring complements the bright atmosphere, while a decorative plant is placed on the coffee table. Large windows offer natural light.
