Super friendly host and beautiful home! Absolutely worth the price and perfect for a weekend get away.

We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

It all fit from start to finish. Communication has never been such a good base on airbnb. Also the house was so luxurious and lovely. Thank you very much for the great holiday experience

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, the garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. You're a guest here, so be prepared It's their home, not yours If you are looking for peace and quiet, and don't need a word, then come here to this place. The Badner Bahn and that makes sense, takes you quickly to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back. Chanel

We had an excellent stay at Verena’s pace. We had a warm welcome and she ensured that we had the best stay at her place. Her listing description was accurate and the house is in a quiet locale, far from the madding crowd of the city. A few minute’s walk from the house are vineyards with fantastic landscapes surrounding. It is the best of all the places we’ve stayed thus far. Would highly recommend it to family and friends. We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

We felt really comfortable in the villa (and it is a villa!) of Alix and Günther from the beginning. The villa is very stylishly furnished, has a beautiful conservatory and garden and it lacks nothing. We were warmly welcomed with sparkling wine and chocolate. There are many excursion and hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. It's great that you can reach many hiking destinations directly from the house. Looking forward to next time!

Super uncomplicated and fast communication and response to requests, great and spacious house with large garden - super suitable for two families, Hammock, massage chair, garden furniture, trampoline, 2 refrigerators and especially the air conditioners (at 30-34°C outside temperature) have rounded off the holiday. Unfortunately, the WiFi was unstable and you can drive to Vienna Central Station in about 50 minutes. Nevertheless, from our point of view, the house is highly recommended! Thank you for this accommodation.

Patrik was an excellent host, available at an easy reach and dedicated to making a memorable experience. I had a lovely stay at his Airbnb which felt very cosy and comfortable. It was well equipped and had everything I could have thought of and the place was very clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect and very close to the city center and other commerce's. Around it was a very good stay. Exploring Vienna from this location worked great. Some furnishings are slowly coming to their end of life. But for a place to stay and stay is perfectly fine.
