Located on two floors the apartments can host up to 8 people comfortably. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Our Park View Apartment, located on the 5th or 6th floor, has a balcony, measures approximately 44 m² and is decorated in mustard yellow tones, making it perfect for business guests or those exploring Vienna. Thanks to the full range of amenities, all of our guests will find everything they need to feel practically at home.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
