Close to the west train station, this big friendly over 100 year old house is perfectly kept and well situated between the palace Schönbrunn and the city center which is just a few metro stations away. The metro line U3 is just a short 5 minute walk away and if you want to enjoy cheap breakfast or lively atmosphere you are invited to the beautiful Hostel just over the street!

Dear guests, A warm welcome to my summer retreat! You will stay at my newly remodeled, quiet summerhouse built in 1925, located in a lush, private garden with aged trees. The house is close to public transport, and Schoenbrunn Palace. I live in the neighboring main house. The house is fit for 2 guests. The house has a small kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for not smoking. Laundry service upon request for an extra fee. Please, allow 24 hours. The house is unheated and does not have AC.

The appartment is a guest-suite with a parking space in front of the door in a more than 100 years old Jugendstil villa with a garden close to the vineyards of Perchtoldsdorf. The Village is perfect for guests who want to combine urban and outdoor activities as it lies in the Wiener Wald, a beloved outdoor leisure area with opportunities for hiking, swimming and biking and Vienna (45 minutes to the city centre with public transport) with high profile cultural and gastronomic offerings.

Villa 3 min to Schönbrunn Palace

The villa is wonderfully centrally located – just a 3-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace, one of the most beautiful historical places in Vienna. Right outside the front door, just 2 minutes away, you can reach public transport that will take you quickly and comfortably to every corner of the city. In the villa there are 4 rooms, downstairs there is a common room, a common kitchen, a common bathroom and a common toilet which you and the 3 other room neighbors can use.

You will live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and drink a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

Garden house with good transport links

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.

Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.

This tiny house is truly truly special! Cozy and hospitable is located in a side alley in the center of Klosterneuburg - surrounded by romantic houses from the Middle Ages. Located directly on the train, it is the ideal start for exploring Vienna or the Vienna Forest. Buses and train are within walking distance, but cyclists also have only a few meters to the bike routes on the Danube. It's all there, just you're missing!
