Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.
