We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

The apartment was in a great location. Everything was walkable. Grocery store right around the corner and you are even provided a trolley cart for the trip. The apartment was also beautiful with tons of natural light. The only thing we requested was some additional pillows and they were promptly delivered. Would highly recommend

Great place very close to many restaurants and grocery store options. Loved the piano as my whole family plays and play we did. Made many great memories. This was also the only place we stayed in in Europe that had air conditioning. We really really appreciated that!!!! 😁 super easy to get in and Florian was a great host! Bettina is such a wonderful landlord, and her house is very clean, wonderful and everything just like the website writes. There are also some supermarkets in walking distance and a very nice bakery. Bettina and her daughter Lena are very helpful and kindly to offer any help. There are some supermarkets in walking distance and a nice bakery just on the corner. The tram is very close to the house and go to city center easily, just in 20 minutes! Not mentioned her delicious cake. Next time to Vienna, we’ll definitely to stay there again.

Very spacious and well equipped unit with lots of character. It’s on a main road but we had no issues with street noise when windows were shut. It’s 5 minute walk to an amazing market with lots of food options, a great playground and a 10-20 minute walk to most of the major sites downtown. Loved that the kitchen was so well equipped and the extra towels provided. This was one of the best Airbnb units I’ve stayed in and recommend it for families (we were four adults, 2 kids under 2).

When travelling it is so nice to find a home away from home!!! After long days of sightseeing, I would retreat to the yellow chair and my husband to the sofa! The apartment was pristine! It had EVERYTHING you could possibly want. There is a great grocery store BILLA just up the street. Very reasonable food prices and great selection. Roman was incredibly responsive and was helpful in giving us options as to where we could store our luggage for the time in between our checkout and boat trip to Bratislava. We would definitively stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Vienna!
