Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Verde River

First time in Phoenix, just for a day of business meetings, the place was great to go to at night and wake up to, true desert paradise like un the movies! Really a great desert experience!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean & neighborhood is quiet and safe which I appreciated and the game room was a huge hit with our kids. We tried out two of the suggested restaurants and thought the food was outstanding. Highly recommend

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

Ingrid's place was a sweet space to come home to after a day of hiking and touring the state. It simply became like home upon the first day. It's smack dab in the middle of Phoenix so naturally there are a lot of city sounds but things settle down at night. And she has the MOST comfortable mattresses. The best sleep ever! Her home is also perfectly stocked. We did not lack for anything. The location is central to everything you might need, and Ingrid is always available and responsive to any queries you may have. She's friendly, too! Thank you, Ingrid. It was a pleasure to meet you.

perfect place for 2 families. Loved that the pool had a deep end for stronger swimmers to dive and temp was great.

garage was unavailable however Edgar the host came and provided a key for the gates and we were able to park our bikes in a safe area,,Edgar was more than kind for his time,,the house was more than I expected,,very clean and comfortable especially the bed

We loved Jin’s place it was so beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time in this peaceful home. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s really spacious and has everything you need. The beds are soooo comfortable and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, yet it’s a quick 10 min drive to shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here!!

Javier's place was exactly as described. Very clean, simple and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and I slept soundly all three nights we were there.

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We needed a place to crash before an early flight out of Phoenix. Thomasina’s place was clean, comfortable and way more than we needed.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo contained all the extras. You're right on a lively street so on the weekends you might experience loud entertainment. The instructions were very detailed and exact. Alex is incredibly responsive. The shower needs a bit of updating. BUT I'd stay again for sure. Safe environment. Definitely a bargain.

Janet was very kind to allow a same day booking and early check in. Place is cute and clean. Area is convenient and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Joel was an excellent host. We needed a quiet place to rest and walk and Joel’s apartment was perfect. It was super clean, comfortable and located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone.

Edith’s place is always clean and quiet. We have stayed multiple times and it has been a wonderful stay each time. Located close to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect location.

We enjoy our stay at Marcus’s place. Marcus was super responsible, quick responder and he gave us a thorough instruction after he knew that we would arrive late in the night. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the house is spacious and well decorated. Highly recommend to stay here if you are planning to visit phoenix!

great value very clean

The condo was spacious and spotless. The location was great for exploring Sedona. After going on local recommended hikes, that were just minutes away, we relaxed and enjoyed the condo amenities (pickle ball, pool, and grill). There was plenty of room for our family of five to eat, sleep, and hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!

We were very happy with the apartment for a family of five with two kids ages 9 & 11. Great location to shopping centers and main hiking sites. No more than 5 minutes by car. The hosts were timely responsive, professional and kind. We would gladly stay at their location again. Thank you
