We are repeat guests and always appreciate the comfortable accommodations, quiet of the neighborhood and excellent location being so close to all the amenities of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.

We loved our time in Sedona and especially our stay at Jeremy’s home! He was so quick to respond when I had a question after check in. The home is walkable to a BEAUTIFUL trail and some really yummy food options. Also just an uber away lots of other fun spots. Only problem was I wish we had more days there!

If your reading this because you're thinking about staying in Sedona you're extremely lucky. I would highly recommend Carolyn and this location. This place is a rare gem, lucky you!

Very cute place to stay! Appropriate number of places to sleep for the size of the place. It did feel very small, and the loft stayed fairly warm at night due to being so high up. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here!

Convenient location, felt very private, love the decor. Very cute, quiet, peaceful and lovely spot for our girls trip getaway. Host was very responsive. Easy to find and get in and out. Clear instructions and very clean. Really enjoyed the extensive cooking utensils as we cooked several meals in.

Steve and Kelly’s place was even better than described! It was a wonderful location, very quiet and peaceful, and beautiful surroundings! The thoughtfulness of leaving fruit and snacks and a couple of waters in the fridge was outstanding! We would not hesitate to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

David and Julia’s rental was perfect! The view from the property was outstanding! Their place is close to everything, yet it was a quiet oasis. The studio was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. Both Julia and David were very responsive to anything we needed and they provided us with many great recommendations! We highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!!!

Everything was as in the photos. Loved the decor! Outside was peaceful and beautiful. Relaxing with the sounds of the water fountain right outsidethe door. We were able to meet the hosts on site. They were nice and a pleasure to speak with. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! My granddaughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time! My granddaughter was especially happy with everything... except inside and out!

Brian's place was bright, cheery, and welcoming! The studio set up was well done - there was enough space to relax, prepare and eat meals. The neighborhood felt safe and it was within walking distance to restaurants and a brewpub. Communication was fast and efficient.

Lovely stay. We only had one night in Sedona and this place was so cozy, tastefully decorated, we didn’t mind staying indoors while it rained outside.

When people have a great experience, they often say they will book again. Well for me this was my “Book Again” moment. I stayed here in 2023 and loved it so much I booked Sonya’s place again in 2025. This time I had my teen son with me and he fell in love with the home as well. We spent a lot of time on the trails exploring but when we were there at the house, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much Sonya for being an amazing host!! We really appreciate it!!

Cindy and Bruce's place is secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We love nature and there's always sweet sounding birds and cute bunnies to enjoy. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. Cindy and Bruce are very accommodating and Bruce gave us a great local restaurant recommendation and awesome back road directions to eliminate all traffic on the 202 and 101 hwys to Tortilla Flat. My wife and I stayed at Peter’s property for a week and had an excellent time! We had one issue with the bathroom tub not draining and we reached out to Peter Sunday (Easter) morning. He got back to us and fixed the issue very quickly. We would recommend Peter as a host anytime.

This was a great place not too far from Phoenix, and in a gorgeous setting. The place was pristine and clean. Definitely a hidden gem for travelers who want to be close to the action but not in it. Check in was easy with clear instructions as well.
