Vacation rentals with breakfast in Verde River

This place was perfect for our group of four guys, for a golf weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the putting/chipping green was a nice plus. The kitchen was well stocked including with some condiments which we found handy. Little touches like shampoo and bottles of sunscreen were appreciated. We would be happy to return!

This was the Old Baseball Boys second year to stay with Roma for Baseball Spring Training. There were 4 of us and Roma's place was perfect. Plenty of room , great backyard, and great location. We will see you next year Roma. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Paul & Larisa were great hosts! The home is just like the pictures. Very clean. Safe & quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Beds were comfy! Paul checked in on us a couple of times to make sure all was OK. Would highly recommend this home.

Went with a bunch of my friends for Baseball Spring Training. The 8 bedrooms were perfect. The greedy guys scrambling to take dibs on the rooms. The place had plenty of recreational amenities to keep us occupied - pool, basketball court, giant connect 4 game, games, etc. Kitchen, bedrooms and common areas were extremely well stocked and equipped. Walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants. Our favorite was and will always be Bullshooter - we will never forget that place (pool tables, regulation length corn hole arena, darts, etc). Definitely will consider coming back here if we do this again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the yard and view was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our large family from different states to gather as we celebrated my dad's 90th birthday at the Prescott Golf Club ( also highly recommended). Our stay in the Lynx home felt like a luxury retreat! The large kitchen/ family area allowed us to enjoy cooking and eating together. The back patio also provided space in the beautiful outdoors for us to gather. It was all we hoped it would be for our family! Thank you Mike and Tammy!

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Came here with my mom for a mother/daughter getaway. Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone staying in Sedona looking for the perfect relaxing stay. The views were magnificent, the decor outstanding, and the food absolutely delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly we didn’t want to leave!

I put together a last minute trip to see Prescott looking like a winter wonderland during a recent snowstorm. What a delight it was to have stumbled on the little piece of heaven that is Cloud9. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Tina and Danny and their lovely home are full of warmth and charm. You will enjoy not only majestic views, but a home that is the perfect mix of cozy and elegant. Tina cooks like nobody's business and will make breakfasts and an afternoon nosh that will knock your socks off. They proactively checked on my food allergies directly after booking so I knew I had no worries in that department. I adored their two sweet pups as well. This property feels like a private oasis, but it is well placed for exploring the area. It is only a short drive to downtown restaurants or the nearby lakes for hiking and birding outings. I hope to visit again!

Wendy's place is always in pristine shape and exactly what I'm looking for when visiting Prescott. It's always evident that she has meticulously thought through every detail to make sure her guest feel right at home. She even made sure I had coffee at 0300 for my earl departure! Thanks Wendy!

I'm so glad I stayed at Beth's place! The moment you walk in, it feels just like home. The backyard is wonderful, and the neighborhood is peaceful—waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning is so refreshing! Beth is an amazing person—kind, welcoming, and incredibly smart. She's a great host and keeps her home in perfect condition. I travel a lot and mainly stay at Airbnbs, and I have to say, this is one of those truly special places you just want to come back to. Convenient to the Pyramid hiking trail - you can walk there in three minutes. Red Rock Loop is a great road to stay on because you’re close to the beautiful nature and a little farther from town. If you want walkable food and shops you should be more central. The room is among the therapy, massage and yoga rooms in this healer’s home. Bathroom is lovely with proper soap and good water pressure. Internet and even Wifi are somewhat spotty - but maybe that’s a good thing as you unwind.

I was in town for a work trip. Gary's listing is a perfect place to stay, close to everything and located on a peaceful Street. I'll definitely seek out this listing next time I'm in town.

We had a great first experience with Airbnb. Wanda was a wonderful host. She is very responsive. The house was clean and in a good location for what we wanted to do in Arizona.
