Charming Biltmore Home With Backyard Oasis

Start the day in a home where open layouts create a feeling space and style. Spread out on the large leather sectional couch, enjoy meals on the hand-made wood dining room table, and go outside for a game of ping pong, corn hole and to see the Koi pond. Enjoy sitting under the patio canvas sail while enjoying the gas fire pit with family and friends. Take a stroll through the quiet neighborhood and maybe extend that walk to some restaurants, bars and shops. Our home is just steps away from anything/everything you could ever want/need, it is situated in a very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood. There is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The king and both twin beds are brand new tempurpedic for a great night sleep. The kitchen and main living space are open which makes for great socializing. This open space includes a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island with 3 bar stools, large leather sectional couch, and hand made wood dining room table. The kitchen and main living space open up to the beautiful back yard for in/out door living! We hope to see you soon! Extra guests: If there are more than 6 guests we will require $55 per night per additional guest. This is also listed under "Additional Prices". We will need this prior to check in. Events: We also charge extra for any type of birthdays, weddings, baby showers, etc. Please ask for pricing before booking. Thanks! Things to do in Phoenix: Airport - 15 minute drive. -Downtown Phoenix-15 minute drive. -Piestewa Peak (a.k.a. Squaw Peak) is 5 minute drive. -Camelback Mountain is 10 minute drive away. -Golf all around us. I can give you recommendations on where to play. -Botanical garden-15 minute drive. -Phoenix Zoo-15 minute drive. -Wrigley Mansion-2 minute drive. -Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks) -Most spring training stadiums are no more than 15 minutes from the house. Ron and Katie. We both work for ourselves and have some flexibility and would love to accommodate you as much as possible. Please ask if you need anything at all! We want your stay with us to be an enjoyable experience. The home is tucked away in a fantastic central location. From here, head into town to dine at family-owned restaurants, read a book in a cute cafe, and browse through unique shops. Piestewa Peak is nearby providing great hiking options and views. We will have two bikes that you can use (which is our favorite way to get around) and Uber is also a good way to get to all the nearby places that are available to you. Landscape maintenance and irrigation technician: We do have the landscapers servicing the front and backyards typically (not always) on Monday's between 10-1pm. Sorry for the inconvenience if you happen to be there during the service period. Flood irrigation: We also periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. Basically we get about 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works it's way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours and you can walk on it. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for an inconvenience this may cause you. Please call us if you have any questions. The home is tucked away in a fantastic central location in a quiet family neighborhood full of mature trees and beautiful grass yards. I have stayed at this bnb before and I keep returning to this one because I like the location and the hosts. I read one review which said dog barked constantly - not in my experience. They have a dog which barks when someone is at the door. I am in PHX for work so I leave in the morning and return late afternoon. Yes the dog barks when I come and go. I like the mini fridge and independent HVAC unit. They have a card table that I can set up for a work space next to the wingback chair which is a perfect work space for me. They are kind hosts to put up with me leaving before 6am every morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities, which was perfect for us since we love cooking our own meals. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. We enjoyed several meals out on the back patio, soaking in the peaceful scenery—it really made the experience feel extra special. The location was also ideal—central to all the amazing places we wanted to explore. We visited Sedona, Flagstaff, Horseshoe Bend, Page, Lake Barnett, Montezuma Castle, Tuzigoot, Prescott, the Beehive Trail, and more. It was the perfect home base for our adventures. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and there was plenty of space for all our belongings, which made settling in super easy. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying the comfort of a well-equipped, scenic home.

Awesome location on a very quiet driveway. Great views out the back that paired very nicely with the fire pit at night as well! If you're a parent and traveling with your kids to this place, there's something epic that we didn't catch on to from the photos--there's a second area of the house in the back, away from the bedrooms, for watching TV!! The front room as you enter has a gorgeous TV, but it's somewhat close to the bedrooms down the hall. However, walk past the kitchen and into the dining room and you'll see that second TV with a large couch. My wife and I didn't have to worry about waking our 3 year old and it was AWESOME. Also, the doors to access the patio are in that same dining room / TV room as well so the noise from opening and closing them are somewhat muffled from those bedrooms too. Anyway, the location was great--no staring into someone else's home--just a huge field out the back with a stream to the side for relaxing water sounds. Highly recommend this place!

What a great place to stay in Sedona. The location was just a couple miles from Uptown, and the shuttle was an easy walk. The studio was pristine clean with everything we needed. We were able to take advantage of the grill one afternoon, spent time in hot tub every day, and slept soundly each night. Jason was very helpful and was always responsive with any questions—which started before I booked the trip. Definitely a great find in Sedona and I would stay again.

Hiking Haven exceeded our expectations. FULLY stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy bathroom towels. Every room and area is squeaky clean. We immediately felt at home. Brandon is an incredible host, checking in to make sure our trip was going well. The house is conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in Sedona. Best Airbnb experience.
