Condo vacation rentals in Verde River

THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

We had a wonderful week at Sheela’s condo. Oak Creek is a perfect location with the grocery store across the street, great restaurants within walking distance and a bit removed from the busy pace of uptown Sedona. The kids swam every day and loved the pool area. Our fave spots to eat were Colt BBQ, Butterfly Burger, Pisa Lisa, PJ’s pub, Sedona Pizza & Pasta and Canyon Breeze. Never had a bad meal! Get up early to hike the big spots, parking can be tricky (it was busy due to spring break). The views were breathtaking. Best trip we’ve ever had!

We read Robins reviews and they were spot on! Great location outside of downtown Sedona. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Had a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Robin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place is spotless and had all of the extras. The bed was comfy and we liked the set up of the place. The covered parking was right next to the ground floor condo. We would highly recommend Robins place

It’s was so homey. We really enjoyed our stay: felt safe. Felt right at home. It was stocked with everything we needed, close to where we wanted to be!

Excellent location! We have stayed in the Kierland area multiple times and this condo was perfect. Excellent directions for check-in and check out and everything you would need to know was included in the information binder, so we never had a need to contact our host, but I'm sure if we did she would have been quick to respond. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we could need. We love that it is so close to the Kierland Commons. We walked there for dinner every night. I would highly recommend this unit!!

Had a great stay and Iren’s instructions were clear so we didn’t have any questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pools were great since we were there in February when it was a little cooler outside. Definitely would stay here again!

Alexandra is a great host who is very responsive. This is the 2nd time we have rented her place and we already booked for the 3rd time. Great place, pool and so close to restaurants and Old Town. I would definitely recommend this place! Looking forward to next time! Thank you, Alexandra!

I had a really nice stay at Marcie’s condo. Super nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Very comfortable bed. I loved the pool and hot tub right outside the front door. Covered parking space. The kitchen was well supplied. Marcie was very friendly and responsive when I reached out to her. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect! Easy to find, easy to check in and enter; clean and homey; easy walk to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, shops, grocery stores. I appreciated the binder of local shops/eats/sightseeing. Excellent communication and service. 10/10 recommend!

Gene's place is awesome! Exactly as described, easy to find and in a great area close to restaurants/things to do. Very quiet complex. His home is very clean, lots of bath/shower/kitchen amenities. Bed is extremely comfortable as well! We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

Loved staying here! So close to amazing restaurants like Butterfly Burger and Cucina Rustica. Easy to get to hiking trails and not far from downtown Sedona.

3rd year in a row we have stayed at one of Franks 2 rentals for Jan/Feb. He is always right on top of things. The complex grounds are kept up so nicely. If you have a baby/toddler there is a pack and play for your use. One of three pools/hot tubs is right behind your building. Location can't be beat. Greenbelt right next to the complex. A park just about a third of a mile away. Grocery stores and restaurants walkable. The unit is stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry soap, shampoo and soap etc. I would check the unit before going to the grocery store so you don't buy things you don't need. Thanks again for another great winter in Arizona.

Great location! Away from the crowds and traffic of Sedona with easy access to hikes, restaurants, shops, etc. Loved the first floor corner unit with no stairs. Near the community grill and pool, which turned out to be a mixed blessing. The week we were there, the pool was filled with kids having a great time so it was a little crowded and noisy during pool hours. Wiebke is very helpful and provided easy-to-follow instructions for operating heat/AC when the weather transitioned during our stay.

Everything was clean and the place was perfect for me and my son to stay in while in town for a baseball tournament. If we come to this tournament again next year, we would definitely stay again.

Andrew’s place is a great layout for families, with the open area between the bedrooms/bathrooms, and is in a private and quiet gated community. We had access to the community pool and could walk over to the next neighbourhood very easily via sidewalks. The property is located in a central area of the greater Phoenix area, so we could drive to the various suburbs easily. Andrew’s place is very good value and there was even a Christmas tree in a closet that we were able to set up for the holiday :)

Had a absolutely wonderful time. The condo was very clean, well stocked, peaceful, close to amenities, would definitely recommend it. The host were absolutely amazing people to work with.

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca's place. She was quick to answer all of our getting organized questions and quick to remedy a minor repair. The place is comfortable and very clean and in a lovely neighbourhood. The neighbours were very friendly. You couldn't find a more perfect place to stay.

Location is absolutely perfect. This is about 10-15 minutes from Sedona depending on traffic. But, this area has great restaurants and shops that are all walkable. There's a small pool and play area. Bell Rock trailhead is about a 5-minute drive. We've stayed in both Sedona and now Villages of Oak Creek. I would recommend staying in the Villages and driving into Sedona if you want to stay away from the crowds and traffic.

Spacious unit that had a nice kitchen, table and benches for dining. Large comfortable rooms that are well maintained and decorated. Easy to find parking spaces near the unit and a nice little pool to sit by if we had the time. Very friendly staff and I enjoyed the peacefulness in the evening though near a main road. Popular hiking trail extremely very too.

We loved staying at this clean, fun Airbnb. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a KitchenAid stand mixer. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of extra bedding. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. The pool and hot tub were superb - clean and quiet, and there was a gas bbq and restrooms right by the pool so that you didn’t have to go back up to the apartment if restrooms were needed. The apartment complex was gated, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe, with grocery stores and good restaurants close by. Would 100% stay here again.

We loved staying here. Joanna’s place is very close to great restaurants in Scottsdale and very close to Phoenix. The pool is lovely. The condo itself is very nice. Perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.
