The Host Denise was attentive and quick to respond. She showed us the grounds with plenty of farm animals to view. Beautiful setting with 2 creeks to view. The AirBnB was clean and had a quiet setting. Clean bathroom and Kitchen and centrally located between Sedona and Jerome in AZ. Great food small bars near by. No TV was my only concern otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

What an amazing hidden gem. I absolutely love staying here. Its private, peaceful, and safe. I love that its right next to the lake and very close to all shopping/restaurants. Kerrie is an amazing host and always responsive when I need something. This has become my little home away from home. They have a beautiful gazebo outside which you can enjoy the amazing views and peaceful surroundings.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

Had the pleasure to stay at Kerrie’s place for a couple months and think it is a great spot if you’re just passing through or need a long term location! Incredibly friendly, welcoming, respected my privacy, and was an easy drive for anything else I needed. Highly recommend this host! 10/10 would book again

Stayed here for a longer term stay and it was perfect. Quiet, clean and everything I needed. Great location for easy highway access and close to the airport. Kerrie was very responsive and flexible with my dates. Highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for a quick getaway with my family. My oldest son fished his heart away and my youngest swam in the pool all day long. Our host made sure the pool was heated per our request, and it felt so good on the couple of days it barely got up to 70 degrees. Brandi responded quickly to all of my questions. The neighborhood was conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping. We plan to return, thanks for a great weekend!

Brian’s place was the perfect spot to explore Sedona national parks. A short 10min drive to Sedona and to a large choice of beautiful hikes. The location was also good for a day trip to Grand Canyon. The place was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved relaxing on the upper deck after a day of hiking and just looking at the view. And Brian was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure our stay was great. Definitely recommend!

Christy and Jason are amazing hosts! From the time we booked, Christy was offering suggestions and answering any questions we had. They offered fantastic advice on places to eat and areas to visit. Their guidebook is thorough and very helpful. We met Jason and he gave us some background about ‘the place’ . We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our first visit to Arizona was incredible and it started with this pristine home! Eric is a wonderful host who truly cares about his guests experience. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities! The attention to detail is incredible. Our family of 5 felt right at home. Eric gave us great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. The pool was clean and outdoor area was amazing. Would gladly stay here again!

Tanya's home was lovely and close to all the great things to explore in Sedona. The creek was a great bonus, kids loved coming back at the end of the day to splash around and explore. Tanya was a wonderful host, responsive and very thoughtful with a lot of care and energy put into making a good experience for her guests. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. The entire place was very clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

This home was perfect for our family of five. The way the house is laid out, is perfect for a larger group. We all had our own bedrooms, including our 3 year old granddaughter and it offered plenty privacy for everyone. They even had a pack and play that we used for her naps and bedtime. The A/C had separate controls which helped to keep temps regulated on both levels. The pool area was perfect with plenty of seating. Although the pool is relatively small, it was heated and felt like bath water. it was just fine for our small family and our granddaughter learned to swim. The kitchen is perfect for entertainment as people can gather in the kitchen and there is plenty of room in the room next to the kitchen. The master suite was large and the master bath is beautiful and spacious. Yes, it is located near the 18th hole and we did have a few golf balls come our way but the view was worth the risk.

Came with my wife and 2 younger kids. Perfect location. Communication was fast and helpful. The place was spotless and exactly as in the pictures. We felt very safe. Shops and restaurants all right there on the street. There is a wine bar underneath that has some noice at night but honestly it didn’t bother us at all. Everyone crashed just fine every night. Highly recommend with or without kids.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

My only comment would be that it is a north facing condo. The patio is on the north side. It is ground level which is great and right near the pool, great! However it was hard to open the blinds as everyone that walks by can see right in. Hard to let even the natural light in without the occasional spectator. It is the perfect place otherwise, with two beds and baths.

Looked exactly as the photos. I had no issues with anything. It was a peaceful stay. Close to downtown Phoenix. A lot of food options and stores near by. I will definitely stay again if it’s available during my work week.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!

Alan’s place was great. Stayed for over a week. Quiet, convenient, incredibly clean! Hopefully it’s available next time I’m in town!

Great place to stay. The walk around the lake was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was a great surprise! We loved the shower!

We had a wonderful and relaxing visit! The unit was as described and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing the geese, ducks and turtles. We also enjoyed some time soaking up some sun at the pool!
