This location worked out wonderfully for our family Christmas gathering. We had 14 people, plenty of bedroom space for everyone (the extra queen mattress was very welcomed when the grandkids decided at the last minute to do a group sleepover one night!). The kitchens in each condo were well equipped with the needed utensils. There were plenty of towels in each bath for everyone. The folks at the check-in office were very informative and helpful with providing instructions on how to get to the condos. Steve was also very helpful prior to the trip, answering my questions with very quick response time.

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. It was a very homey place, and I enjoyed the location. It was a pleasure to communicate with Luis, who made it easy to access the location.

I really enjoyed walking into Jenny's place after a long drive. It was like walking into a spa with robes, slippers, eye masks, treat for my pup, etc. It was so relaxing sitting in her oversized round chair. Her place was so nicely decorated and she left us little notes which made us feel so welcomed!

The location was perfect, very close to old town Scottsdale and lots of great restaurants. The pool was also very close to the house and relaxing and clean. A great place to stay.

Loved our stay at Brian’s place! We felt right at home. Everything was just as described- did not disappoint. Plenty of space for our family of six & 2 little dogs. My brother-in law also joined midway through our trip due to a family emergency, and we were thankful that we had space for him to stay for a couple nights. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Brian had provided many conveniences that I normally pack like: coffee pods, dishwasher & laundry detergent, garbage bags, & spices. This was so helpful! Our kids loved the pool/ping-pong table. My fave was the backyard- it felt like we were in our own private, little bird sanctuary. Our family spent a lot of time enjoying the yard, bird-watching and putting balls. Communication and instructions were top-notch. Brian was always quick to respond to all of our questions. We visit AZ at least once a year; we’ll certainly look at booking Brian’s place for future stays. Many thanks, and we hope to see you again!

A great place to stay! Overall pictures were well represented when we got there. Pool and hot tub were great as well as the putting green and pool table! The rain showers were awesome in the rooms with the king size beds. I would recommend blackout shades for the windows. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Had a great stay and would recommend this place!

Perfect and lovely home for our big group. Had everything we needed only issue was no dishwasher soap or laundry soap, could also use more towels, kitchen could also use more amenities a bigger table to accommodate a big group would be nice as well since it only had a table for 4. Other than that, Would definitely rent again when in the area…

Marlene’s home was a wonderful and fantastic place to stay. It was a lovely place to wake up, relax, and sleep in… plus a peaceful and quiet one for a couple to spend time together. She was attentive and helpful as a host, and even when I asked for recommendations, she gave me a good foundation to start looking for resources, and had good ideas. She had every accommodation, from snacks to games and TVs to stream movies. There were also leftover bath products to use. Nothing was faulty in the week and a half we stayed, and the instructions she had provided for the house and the check-in/out process were clearly outlined. This location in particular is next to Westgate, and not too far from Arrowhead Mall. It’s also not too far from Phoenix. The bathrooms/kitchen were clean and pristine. It’s a great place to make memories at. With a friendly host, a safe area, and plenty of things to do in and out of the house… You can expect that we’d be back too. ⭐️

I was thankful Meagan accommodated our schedule. We only needed 2 nights as opposed to them usually only allowing 3+ night bookings. The house was perfect for what we needed, a safe and quiet place to sleep while in town for a family gathering. Beds were comfortable. Master shower was updated nicely. The lighting was bright and perfect to do makeup in. My sister did complain about the light in the second bathroom having a timer and it going off while she was showering, but that’s it really. I would maybe offer a few more towels. We didn’t really have time to wash anything with only being at the house in the evenings. The accommodations for animals was a nice touch. My sister-in-law brought her small dog over for a few hours and we felt comfortable doing so with the house being pet friendly. Overall, hosts were friendly and communicative, we were pleased with our stay!

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

What an amazing host!! Double D really made me feel at home and I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I had everything I needed. He got me some nice dinner and we watched a game together, after having had 24 hours on a plane. He is truly a great host and I would recommend anyone staying in Phoenix, to approach him!

Patti was a fantastic host. Her condo was exactly as listed. I highly recommend this condo at anytime of the year. Plenty of restaurants to walk to in Old Town Scottsdale. This will be my only choice to stay in Scottsdale in the future. FYI - great location for a small dog. Grass across a quiet street. Very easy access.

Easy access to all the activities we planned - place was spacious, beds comfy, linens and towels very nice and the screened in porch with pond view was heavenly . We used the pool and hot tub which was super relaxing . Perfect place . Thank you !

As always this was the place to be I've visited yearly and have always sought Jeanne's listing the best I have found in Phienix so far would definitely recommend over and over again

the front door code took a few times to get open at times other than that it was great.
