If all the hosts were like Sina, the world would be a happier place. Everything you need for a stay by yourself. The place is well appointed, clean and well situated. Comfortable and quiet. If I could give 6 stars in the app , I would.

I stayed at John’s place for 6 weeks, one of the best airbnb I stayed in and definitely the best host I’ve ever dealt with. The place is exactly as described if not better, very comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. I felt home immediately upon entering the house. What a beautiful energy! John’s communication is unequalled, very professional and friendly, he answers any question in a timely manner. Definitely a super cool host! My experience was so great that I already booked my stay for next summer. Can’t wait to stay at Casa Zolandre again. Thank you John!

Dave’s place is exactly as described, a stand alone space separate from the main house, it was private, peaceful and comfortable. The view from the balcony is a value add you can’t put a price on, breakfasts and sundowns had a holiday - everyday feel. Dave and his parents are quintessential kind, relaxed and happy Californians adds to the chilled vibe. I felt completely looked after whilst being completely left alone, it’s important for me to mention as their generosity on a few chores was much appreciated :) Dave takes pride in making their bungalow on the hill as comfortable as possible and was fast to respond to questions. It’s 20 mins walk to supermarket and plaza. Like all the other reviewers, I’d book again for any Ventura stay.

My granddaughter and I had the pleasure of staying in this adorable cottage! The bed was amazing, lots of thoughtful extras, wonderful outdoor area which we really enjoyed. The home was spotless and the decor was clean and very cute. I love the clean feeling of the entire house. The location is amazing. We went on several walks in the neighborhood and the grocery store is walkable, as well as restaurants! I'm very happy with my choice!
