Staying here was one of the highlights of my trip. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with personal touches that made it feel warm and inviting. Every detail was taken care of, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host was incredibly kind, generous, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from quick and helpful communication to thoughtful recommendations that really enriched my experience. Their hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like a welcomed friend. There was also so much to do in the area—whether you’re into exploring local culture, food, nature, or just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere, the location offers a perfect balance. I never ran out of things to see or enjoy, and the host’s tips helped me find some real hidden gems. This stay was more than just a place to sleep—it was a meaningful part of my journey. I left feeling inspired.

Art lover's Loft

Great little apartment in a fantastic location close to the Spanish Steps. Walking and nearby bus stops made it easy to get anywhere. Everything in the apartment was modern and high quality. Terrace was nice but gets a lot of sun in the evening so made it too hot to sit out there for happy hour. However the windows out to the terrace provide the apartment with a ton of natural light which seems rare in Rome. Daria was a fantastic host and helped us with the luggage up the stairs and with anything else we needed. I'm giving five stars because it really is a very nice apartment and Daria couldn't be a better host but we probably wouldn't stay there again if we come back to Rome. We were fully aware of the stairs situation but they are no joke (112 steps). If you have any mobility issues at all this would be a deal breaker. We were there for 5 nights though and with a shorter stay probably less of an issue. We also felt the apartment was a little cramped for two people but not bad.

Loft with terrace near Termini Station

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

Silent studio in the city center

AdrianaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The apartment was perfect. Spacious, modern and renovated, comfortable, in a super central area - we could see the coliseum at the end of the corner - but at the same time calm (we never had noise problems). The apartment has everything we needed, towels (3 for each person, bath, hands and face), very comfortable bed and very good pillow, very good sofa bed (double), toilet with great conditions and soap and shower gel kit. The kitchen has dishwashers and washing machines, as well as a dryer. Vincenzo left water, coffee capsules for the machine and even a welcome bottle of wine. The air conditioning works perfectly. There is an elevator in the building, small but it works well. Vincenzo is a super friendly host, he explained everything to us even though we arrived late, without rushing, and he even gave us great recommendations for restaurants, tips for visiting places and how to get around the city. Always responded as soon as possible.
