Beachfront vacation rentals in Rome

We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and Matteo gave us great tips and information once we arrived. Communication was a little slow but everything worked out great!

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We only stayed one night at Manuel's apartment in anticipation of our return flight scheduled for the next morning. Manuel's apartment matched the description and photos. The apartment was even quite large with a nice little terrace in the inner courtyard. Although the apartment does not include parking, it is easy to find a safe place on the surrounding streets. The apartment is about 10-15 min drive from the airport. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved our stay here. It was homely, clean and comfortable. Being near the sea it was cooler than central Rome but well connected by train both into all the sights of the city and by the bargain Cotral bus to and from Fiumicino airport (approx 30 mins) The pretty, shaded balcony was a lovely bonus. Also perfectly situated for visiting the amazing, unmissable Roman site of Ostia Antica. The local restaurant, Freddy’s Bistrot Gourmet was excellent. Luciana was a kind and helpful host, greeted us on arrival, explained everything and answered any question quickly.

I had such a nice time staying here! Beautiful place, so spacious and well equipped. The view was unbelievable and just steps away from the beach. Salvatore was so kind and helpful. I would love to come back and stay here again soon!

Very happy with the stay, highly recommended. Martina was very helpful, very responsive, flat perfectly clean and close to all amenities, including travel to Rome . We received a welcome gift with the personal note, which was very welcoming. If we back to Ostia in a future, we’ll definitely stay here again ❤️

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

This Airbnb was perfect for our family with a 4 year old and an 18 month old. Magnificent property. All amenities were great. Especially loved the towel warmers and the children’s pool. The on property assistant Kalum was especially great. Communicating through Vincenzo he was there to help us with any needs. The only amenity we did not use was the private beach

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

An amazing stay, the villa is located right in front of the sea, lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. The owners of the villa are delightful people, very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to meet them, they couldn’t do more to please us, we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Gaia was a remarkable host, super responsive and helpful with everything on the check in and was so lovely to chat with i can't wait to come back this is one of my favorite units to date!

We only stayed one night before flight back to USA . Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was extremely clean, walking distance to beach and a few places to eat. Maria and her husband were extremely helpful getting us a taxi from train station to place and then back to airport early morning. They even had a small gift for us . Their kindness and hospitality was top notch. They are easy to love.

This place was the best home away from home, anyone could ask for. Daniela was Incredibly accommodating, and friendly. From the goodies in the fridge to the lasagna she made for us, it was like stepping into a dream right from the start. I would 100 out of ten, stay here again! Thanks Daniela

The stay was excellent! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the small details like having adaptors and even a first aid kit available. The place has a great vibe, with lots of creative decoration, and even a pinball machine! Great choice, I was very satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much and Tiziano was a charming host who was very helpful throughout our stay as well as before and after.

Nice & clean space to stay near FCO. Great value and Manuel was a wonderful host. Quick and easy communication and kindly organized a ride to the airport for us. Would recommend!
