Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It is a short walk from the gym I attend, so it is super practical. The area is very residential, quiet, and well-connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

We had a 5 star experience at Silvia's place. The location was amazing, the room was super clean, it has its own privacy and it has all the amenities that are needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia is very responsive, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had.

This place was wonderful! The apartment is very nice and with amenities. It is very clean and tidy. The Host was really friendly and proactively introduced us the tourist spots and nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The Host is really friendly. The apartment is also near to tourist attractions and metro stations, just 10mins walk to metro station, or 15mins walk to Termini. I would recommend this apartment if you travel to Rome!

Eugene was such a great host! Since our arrival, he was aware of us, he recommended a restaurant and a local ice cream shop near the place. The breakfast is very rich and always on time :) there was an occasion that we had to leave at 6 am and still left us our breakfast already prepared. The room is very comfortable and the view of the terrace is very nice. Their kittens are love. I highly recommend his place as it is very close to the Vatican and it is very easy to get to the center of Rome, Eugene also guided us about the transport and so we were able to use the bus without a problem. We would definitely stay with Eugene again on our next trip to Rome :)

Brigitta's room is a small treasure of calm, serenity, and elegance. Located in a very central and historic area of Rome, you will sleep surrounded by art books, philosophy, history and literature. There is something for everyone! The bedroom, nicely decorated, is very quiet; the bed is of good quality and the ensuite bathroom is very spacious. Brigitta is very welcoming, friendly while being very discreet. She brings you your breakfast every morning with a smile and typical Roman good humor. A small haven of peace close to everything with two beautiful sculpture at the entrance to the palazzo of the hand of one of Rome's greatest sculptors. I would highly recommend her address. We had a great time at Valeria and Claudio's. The room is spacious, comfortable, as is the bathroom, and has all the comforts, including tea, coffee and various snacks. Everything is tidy and extra clean. You have all the privacy you need, but if you need it, Valeria and Claudio are very helpful hosts, flexible with schedules and ready to offer you a coffee and a chat. The area is strategic, a few minutes' walk from the subway and the Vatican, but the apartment is located in a quiet street both day and night. The neighborhood has a lot to offer whether you want to be a tourist or live like a "local". I highly recommend staying with Valeria and Claudio! We will definitely be back!

Orietta is a great host! She was accommodating of our end of day check in and before breakfast check out. The space was beautiful and clean, and right next to the beach! I wish we had more time here and had been able to join everyone for breakfast, but we loved the space for the evening we had and would stay here again. Totally recommend

Francesco was very kind and friendly, greeted us upon arriving, and gave us local tips, also they had breakfast and offered to wash and dry our clothes, we were very happy with the apt and service.

Sergio was a wonderful host! Despite the language barrier, he communicated well with a mix of hand gestures and google translate. His home was spotless and tidy, the toilet was basically sparkling and our room looked BETTER than photos provided. There was even a mini fridge where we could grab water every morning for 1 euro, along with other refreshments. Sergio provided us with breakfast every morning (tea, coffee, nutella and bread with cookies) and drew up diagrams to help us with transport to our destinations! He was super approachable and friendly (he waved to us from the balcony too!). When we were stressed about a 7am flight the next day, he offered to drive us to the airport at FOUR AM for just 15 euro per person, we were so grateful. Quiet and respectful, he was a great host. I'll always remember his little 'ciao ciao!' when we'd leave for the day. Lovely experience!

Everything was impeccable! Well located within 15 minutes walking distance of Termini, which at least for me is very important. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room has everything you need, everything new, perfect condition and very nice decoration details. Francesca and Anna excellent hostas, I arrived a few hours before check-in and they conditioned everything to enter and not wait. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

We love Miu B&B. Such a lovely place to stay and relax. Clean room, yummy breakfast and kind people such like the host and Jacquelyn. Thanks for giving a ride to Ciampino station. We had a great time in Roma.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot

Beautiful Family Living! Gianluca is very kind and very helpful, he explained everything in detail and provided every detail about the area. The house is clean, new, cozy and equipped with every possible comfort. We were sorry to have stayed only one night! We will gladly return
