Monthly Rentals in Florence

This place was great! Niccolò was a fantastic host, great with communication. Anytime we had any questions or needed anything he was quick to respond :) He also very kindly brought us new linens and towels every week throughout our stay. Location is also amazing, highly recommend.

It was the perfect room for me. I stayed there for 3 months by myself and it was very confortable, very clean and nice and had everything I needed. The kitchen was perfect for what I needed. They gave me some things to start wich I really appreciated, Mariangela and Francesca were so good to me. They answered all my questions and gave me advices. Also the location was perfect. Quiet at night but close enough to the city center, 15 min by foot aprox. I would be happy to come back.

Alessandra is truly an amazing host. She was welcoming and very responsive. Her apartment was spacious, clean, and charming. Every detail was clearly thought through to make guests feel at home. The location is in a beautiful spot in Florence as well. Alessandra did a great job of making me feel at home during my stay. It was an incredible experience!

We staid for 2 months using the apartment as our base for trips to various parts of Italy and Europe. It was ideal as a place to come back to and feel comfortable as we prepared for our next trip . A real locals vibe away from the main tourist centre but still just a few minutes walk to the famous sites around the city.
