Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Apartment located in a building full of charm on a quiet street. 2 steps from the tram leading to the airport, 20 min walk to the city center, the location is perfect!

Ivana was a lot requested to respond to us very quickly and gave us great tips. The apartment is all renovated and with great taste, close to the train station and easy to walk to the main landmarks.

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

A magical experience! The house is very comfortable and the decor bucolic. Despite the unfavorable Weather, we were really good there. Silvia and her parents (on site, in the other wing of the house) were very attentive to our needs while being very discreet. Thanks to them! We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

I stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend , comfortable apartment, very sheltered area and easy communication with the Host who was immediately available. Highlight the terrace outside with the table where you can eat outdoors in total peace of mind.

I had a satisfying stay at Tommasso's place. The house is located in the Tuscan Apennines, close to the Mugello circuit and the Bilancino Lake. In an area on the mountain. Very nice. It has been ideal to disconnect and practical to visit Florence, as it is located only about 3 km from San Piero a Sieve, a town where you can take the train that takes you to the central station of Florence (Santa María Novella), which, in turn, leaves in the heart of the city center and all the monuments and places of interest to visit. The accommodation is complete, with kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and bathroom and upstairs bedrooms. It was clean upon arrival and very friendly host Tommasso gave check-in instructions and had the attention to leave something for breakfast and a pellet bag for the heating stove. Also, he was interested during the stay if I needed anything. All 10. If you want to improve something...put a toaster

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The views were amazing and the Cottage felt like home. Especially loved our interactions with the pets. Definitely an added bonus. They stole our hearts and we will miss them.

The apartment is very nice and clean and clean. The thing that impressed us most was the beautiful view of downtown Florence that we saw from the windows. Also, being located in the center, it is very convenient to get around on foot because you have everything at your fingertips. There's also a supermarket downstairs and you're just a short walk from the Uffizi. The house was very clean and Serena was always available for any need we had. I highly recommend staying in this apartment!

We really enjoyed it! The house is fantastically located on a hill with old trees and has a lot of charm. The apartment is spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. You can reach Florence in 15 minutes by train and Pisa or Siena in an hour by car. Nevertheless, the house is super quiet and you have a fantastic view. Since we were there with the electric car, we also used the charging station in the parking lot. This was quite slow and interrupted the charging process every now and then, but all in all it worked. The access to the house is very narrow, but we never had oncoming traffic, as a second street leads downhill as a one-way street and the residents apparently only use the other access to get up.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.

The area was centrally located, with fantastic restaurants and major sites walkable distance. The train station is a 20-minute walk. The outdoor space was a nice place to have coffee. The only thing to note is that the well-equipped bathroom is long and narrow, which might be an issue for a larger person.

I am just going to echo what many reviews have said, Cosimo is the best, place is amazing, location is great, all amenities you need are there, absolutely exceptional!

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too.
