James’ beach house was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with super easy access. The house itself was very well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. James was also incredibly responsive and communicative whenever I had questions, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so relaxing to be right on the water, and to be able to hop in the hot tub on a cold morning :) The beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom felt like a luxury suite. The host and property manager are also lovely. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

Melody’s kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations, like the easy walk to Nobu restaurant, made our stay even more special. This was our first time visiting Carpinteria and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Elena allowed both of our small dogs to stay with us, the beach was only about 2 minutes away, and most of the downtown area was very walkable. We also enjoyed walking along the trails of the Salt Marsh Nature Park which was across the street from us. The apartment was very clean and was fine for the two of us and our two small dogs. The only negative was that the people above us were very loud at times after 10pm and also before 8am. Elena was a wonderful host and we hope to back again some time soon for another stay. Darrell’s place is in an unbeatable location — literally right on the beach! Out of all the options I looked at, this was by far the most affordable, and it exceeded expectations. It’s a private studio cottage (not a full house), located downstairs a massive balcony that directly overlooks the ocean. Super peaceful, with nothing but the sound of the waves right in front of you. Go to sleep so peaceful! The space was very clean and had everything we needed, including a smart TV with all the streaming apps — perfect for a relaxing night in. The unit is pet-friendly, which we appreciated! We also loved the neighborhood — it’s quiet, safe, and walkable, with a grocery store and restaurants just steps away. Darrell was a fantastic host and even left us wine and h20. Such a nice sweet surprise!! We will be back!

Perfect little beach bungalow! The house was very clean had all of the amenities you could need from beach toys, BBQ in the backyard, kitchen items, coffee maker with coffee, firepit, beach towels and more. Located in a great spot to walk right to the beach, restaurants and the farmers market. Lovely little home, we can't wait to come back again

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

The Sandyland Studio in Carpinteria CA was absolutely wonderful. The location is barely a two min walk to the beach and all the fun restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The place felt fresh, cozy and had multiple amenities. Our family of four (two elementary aged children) also slept comfortably on the queen bed and the full/queen sized pull out couch. Highly recommend this spot and we will book this place again in the future.

Loved our stay! Tevis was very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit! It's a quiet beach that was never crowded and the airbnb was in a very safe community. Would love to go back!

This might be my new favorite vacation spot. Carpinteria is such a wonderful little town! Staying in this condo was a joy. It was just a few yards to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, and all the other residents were very friendly! The condo had everything we needed and was totally ship shape. Dave was flexible when I needed to amend my booking, too. Highly recommend.
