The host is friendly. When I said that I didn't have enough towels, he brought them right away. The room is clean and nice. I care about the bathroom, and it was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stan & Lily’s place was very easy to get into and very clean. Stan was always quick to respond and very friendly. They had many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. This home is surrounded by many walkable places and we still very peaceful and private. 10/10 stay!

The studio was so cozy and so thoughtfully put together. I was really happy with how roomy it was since my partner and I were traveling with our dog. After exploring all day, we were always excited to head back to the studio to relax. The outdoor area also has a little table with barstools which we loved sitting at for breakfast. This is also so close to downtown Carpinteria and the beach. I highly recommend this spot!!

Kates place was peaceful, private and perfect for our trip. We needed to be close to Cedars and West Hollywood for both personal and professional reasons. Kate is a very detailed and helpful host who has created a magical garden for her guests. This was a very mini paradise. It was so lovely to wake up every morning and watch the humming birds fly around and feed on the plants. Thank Kate! We will be back soon

My goodness, what an awesome stay. The place was immaculate. There was every possible amenity you could think of, and some we didn’t even think of. A beautiful place to sit on the patio and have coffee in the morning, and an outdoor dining area to sit in the evening, where there was a beautiful view. There were two bedrooms, each of which felt like a private suite. The bathroom was immaculate with lots of amenities. There was this awesome feature: if you stay, you must see the soap bar. Such a nice touch. It was a great stay. We were there to celebrate my graduation, and it was over the top. Wonderful!! Jerri was the height of consummate host.

Great for a short stay! Toby was easy to get in touch with. King bed was very comfortable. Pullout mattress could use replacing but was okay for my teen. Home was very clean which is always appreciated!

I stayed at Blaine's place for a solo pre-Mother's Day getaway and it was magical! I come up to the area once a year around this time and usually I stay at a hotel in Santa Barbara. This time, I decided to explore Montecito and do an airbnb and Blaine's place stood out. It was the perfect location and size with great amenities. Blaine was also very responsive when I reached out for local recommendations (outside of the extensive guidebook she put together). I would love to stay here again on my next trip up!

We loved our stay! This was a quiet, peaceful spot with a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the unique birds! The place was spotless (and I work in hospitality so I notice things haha)! Sarah provided everything we could have needed, even down to coffee beans for the espresso machine! Sarah was quick to respond and lovely to talk to! The Airbnb was ready earlier than 4, and she let us know right away that we could come early if we wanted to! We appreciated the good communication and really felt cared for! Check in and check out were super easy, also! Next time we’re in the area, we’ll stay here if it’s available!!

Jose’s studio was a wonderful stay for my partner and I. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. It’s tucked in a quiet residential area but close to many stores as well as restaurants. Furthermore, the location is convenient if you want to explore some areas of LA (Pasadena, Glendale, etc.) without staying close to the hubbub of the city. The price was great and Jose even offered a later checkout time at a great small additional price. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay again for a quick get away. :) Thank you, Jose.

This is a special spot. It's not actually a tree-house -- but it really did feel like like we were up high in the trees, with incredible views of the Hollywood hills and down below as well. We wanted quiet, and we got it. We wanted walkable, and we got that, too. The neighborhood, though hilly, is wonderfully walkable, especially during this season when so much is in bloom. One day we walked down through the Hollywood Dell neighborhood (delightful!) and up to the Hollywood Reservoir, where there are various trails. Alissa's place was just the right size for two of us. The screened porch gave us extra space when our children visited. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bedroom. We slept well and were sorry to leave. Hoping we can stay here on subsequent visits to LA!

Charming little retreat in Ojai! Perfect for a peaceful couple’s getaway. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. Natasha was a thoughtful and responsive host—super communicative and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as advertised. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Fanny was extremely communicative. She was also very flexible and allowed me to check in when we arrived a few minutes later. I would definitely stay there again.

Super close to everything in Santa Monica. Felt safe and comfortable walking around the area.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

This place has truly enchane my partner and I’s anniversary. She has truly enjoyed cooking our food with their amenities during our stay. great stay didnt think is was so high up but worth the travel and experiense i had with my family very wonderful views coming down the canyons and up the canyons . the home was jst amzing my family enjoy this home. the backyard was very relaxed soo peaceful .. clean home. chris was very helpful with everything we need at the place thank you so much.. beach at jst 9 minutes away and stores to 12 mintues away. it is the mountains so remind your self lots of curves be careful with the drive. drive safe. other then that very good good stay. beautiful views if you love nature and hikes is the best. thank you for this experiense and wonderful get away!!
