The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

The one bedroom apartment is centrally located and nested in the Santa Barbara foothills. It is close to the city center, beaches, hiking trails, shopping, and airport. This apartment is private, quiet, looking out on a lovely garden and orange trees. The living room includes a kitchenette. The bedroom is sunny and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom completes this great vacation rental.
