Cabin vacation rentals in Ventura

This is a very charming house. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is beautiful with great hiking. It is older, but charming.

We had a wonderful stay. The setting was so beautiful and restorative. We enjoyed getting out and active in the surrounding areas (hiking, kayaking, horseback riding) then coming back to soak in the hot tub and read peacefully on the deck. The location feels remote, but the house is well positioned to access everything within 15-30 mins drive. Highly recommend.

Cozy, quaint, and funky. Heidi is a fantastic host who is very responsive. We had the chance to meet her on site; very friendly and warm. It was beautiful to wake up to the sound of the birds. The cabin was clean and comfortable. As far as setting expectations for other guests, as advertised in the photos, just keep in mind that the restroom and shower are outside of the cabin. The kitchen is minimal but has your main essentials. The cabin heats and cools well. Thank you Heidi and Dogs!

Had a great time here! It was definitely a nice retreat for my family and I. The host was very kind and responsive. We are especially thankful for allowing us to bring our pets! The place itself was private, calm, and had everything we needed! I hope to stay here again.

The cabin and location are amazing. Lots of deck space with multiple decks to enjoy the outdoors. The view from the living room is incredible, as well as the nice wood burning fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely loved our night here. Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer! Looking forward to returning sometime. A true gem.

Beautiful place for a Staycation. One feels like one is in the clouds. The views are soothing and spectacular. We saw lots of birds this morning in the various trees down the hill. Althought Route 27 is closed just beyond the property, we were able to go to Malibu last night, by taking Old Topanga Canyon Road. Loved the little record player, and listened to some Paul McCartney and Wings this am. Can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating this special place. Hope to return again some day...Thank you!

My partner and I came up for the weekend and absolutely loved this getaway. Tatyana’s spot was so cozy and peaceful. It was nice to disconnect and be with nature for the weekend. We stayed only for one night but definitely would love to go back for an entire weekend. The bed was very comfy and the shower was AMAZING.

Therese was amazingly responsive and helpful! We were visiting to run a marathon, which was stressful in it of itself, but Therese helped to ease any stress around housing and where to park and whatnot! Such a beautiful home, I love the wood countertops! Very clean, very easy, beautiful views of the mountains at sunset! Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Ojai again!

Nestled under and around beautiful trees and wildlife, with a stunning canyon view, this is the perfect getaway to unplug, unwind & immerse yourself in pure beauty. What will stand out are all the sweet details, a helpful guest book, high grade linens & pillows, and a ridiculously comfortable mattress! The Treehouse is nothing short of paradise. A quiet, magical haven that allows for the most restful sleep - you never want to leave the cozy surroundings but if you do … Topanga is charming, hikes & ocean spots nearby are spectacular. Tatyana is a wonderful host and extremely conscientious & respectful of your privacy yet available by text if you need anything. Many thanks to Tatyana ~ my dog & I will definitely be returning soon.
