Waterfront vacation rentals in Ventura

The apartment is very nice and stylish. The location is as described very central to Venice Beach and within walking distance to Santa Monica Pier and Muscle Beach. Parking is possible nearby (we always found a free parking space near Westminster Ave with our pick-up). Communication with the host as well as check in & check out worked great. We will be happy to come back sometime!

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Sammy’s place is just perfect. Very comfortable, super close to the beach and all the shops in Venice. Sammy is very clear with his instructions and super responsive. I’ve been to his place before and came back because it makes me feel right at home. Thank you again, Sammy!

We loved staying at this cute little bungalow. The location was perfect, the decor was cute, and there was plenty of space. One of the things that was a blessing, there was TP, paper towels, and a few necessities that we did not have to run out and purchase more. Access to beach towels, chairs, and bikes was a plus. The location was easy in and out and the parking space was a bonus. There was just 1 day that someone parked in our space so we took our car to our sons and parked there, luckily he was close. I would highly recommend this space to anyone traveling to Santa Monica, it was just perfect! Thanks and happy summer.

Fabulous location right on the beach AND walkable to some very nice restaurants and shops. The condo is well designed and furnished. Two full baths and well equipped kitchen. And a wonderful State Park beach is right underneath you. Not crowded, quiet, blissful week spending time with family and new grandchild!

Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves each night brought such peace and comfort — it was an experience we will always treasure. Melody’s kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations, like the easy walk to Nobu restaurant, made our stay even more special. It was the perfect couple’s getaway peaceful, romantic, and filled with special touches. We are so grateful for the chance to stay here and can’t wait to return. Great location with a nice view of the marina. Terrific base for exploring the greater LA area

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

We had a great stay at Bridget’s home in Venice Beach. We got a chance to meet her at check-in and she was very nice to talk to and gave us all of the ins and out of the house and answered any questions we had. The house is filled with some really awesome vintage decor and the front and back gardens are very beautiful and relaxing. The house is located right in the middle of Venice Beach walking distance to everything.

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had a great time. Our stay was magical! Enjoyed our daughters and grandson there. The meals they cooked in the brand-new kitchen with all new appliances were fantastic. The whole trip was a dream come true. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We are sure to come back to this amazing place. Thank you from the Bonelli family !

Amanda is amazing. I had a bad review on my account which was only due to a host retaliating against me and Amanda still gave me a chance despite how horrible my last review sounded. She’s very kind and VERY accommodating. I kinda bugged her a lot and she was able to accommodate every request. The place looks a little bit bigger in the photos so be sure to check the square footage in the ad. That was my mistake but even though it was a little smaller than I thought it was still an amazing place to stay. Very clean, cute, and we felt right at home. The best part was it’s literally walking distance to the beach. A lot of places say that but this place truly is. You also get a garage to park in and a bunch of beach gear to use! Thanks Amanda! :D

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We just had the best time in this beautiful Malibu house. Quiet and dreamy place above the sea, beautiful home, and super host... what else. we''ll come back for sure.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!

Highly recommend this place! So beautiful and peaceful. Incredibly walkable. Great restaurants nearby. Don’t think twice about staying here!!
