We have restored an ancient bread oven on our little farm to make a cosy retreat in a quiet corner of the Dordogne. The kitchen and bathroom combine modern fittings with ancient beams and stonework while the comfortable sitting room features a log burning stove and the original paddle for the old bread oven, found when we started the renovation work. It is an ideal base for an active holiday (many options nearby)but the nightlife consists of sharing the stars with the owls and a bottle of wine.

Beautiful country house in a quiet environment not overlooked, Car necessary for all supplies. The 5 bedrooms are identical, spacious and pleasantly decorated, each with their own bathroom and toilet. The main room is functional and warm with open kitchen. The terrace is large, very nice with a grill area. The pool and garden are well landscaped. We had a pleasant stay with 5 couples. Thanks to Isabelle and Marc for hosting us. We would highly recommend it.

Huge in love! Both for the place and for the hosts. I've rarely had such an authentic welcome. Anaïs is a simple, genuine, discreet and warm person all at the same time. I am delighted with this human encounter. As far as the place is concerned, it is indeed a little piece of heaven. Upon arrival we were immersed in a green setting that provides immediate calm. Proximity to animals is a huge plus. You feel totally disconnected from the world, to better connect with nature and yourself, and yet you are only 2 km from Gourdon! Very convenient for enjoying this charming little town. With its market, shops and restaurants. Anyway! Recommended!

Excellent stay and hosts (Agnes and Laurent). Super welcoming and very friendly I highly recommend this rental. Just a small downside on the pool at 22° a little tight for us but which is still feasible for the more adventurous like our children A big thank you for your hospitality and good humor.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is superbly equipped and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is great: beautifully maintained and very private and the river views are stunning. The pool was perfect for our three teens and they also appreciated the access to Netflix. The location is great as you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants and are an easy drive from multiple local attractions.

What an absolute gem of a place to stay if you are visiting Bergerac. Less than 10 minute walk to the historic centre and 4 minute walk from a Carrefour supermarket. The river is just outside the beautiful private garden. The v91 cycle route ran in either direction just outside the back gate and we used the great bikes provided to cycle this beautiful route. The house itself is superb. Modern and extremely well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into making this a very comfortable place to stay and Jacqueline was a fantastic and responsive host. She even went so far as to collect us from the airport and drop us off at the end of our stay. We loved our stay and cannot praise it highly enough.

I keep the address in mind because we will not hesitate to return with pleasure 😁 Jerome is very kind even if we did not get a chance to see each other unfortunately but very responsive and gives very clear instructions. The cottages are in an exceptional setting, a haven of peace and greenery, completely refurbished, ours was very functional with beautiful decoration and extensions (covered terrace, laundry room) very nice. The proximity to prehistoric sites, many castles as well as the exceptional environment of this part of the Dordogne, make it a very well located accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the kindness and hospitality of our hosts - as well as their flexibility for a reception room rental - we particularly enjoyed it. An experience to do again!

Excellent heavenly stay in the Grange des Anges. Stéphanie is very considerate in recommending good places. The barn, house, and gardens are tastefully decorated. It's a perfect place to recharge your batteries as a family. Games (ping pong table, foosball, darts, etc.) contribute to an exceptional family moment with teenagers. Finally, the jacuzzi is very nice after beautiful days of discovery in the Périgord.
