An amazing creatively restored 80 sq m open room in a medieval barn, above the owners inspirational sculpture / textile sudios. Solid oak floors, original timbers with a private shower room downstairs. Set in a floral garden with over 200 plant varieties, described as "a bubble of paradise" in a tiny hamlet just 10 minutes from Terrasson/A89. For extra a real Scottish homemade"girdle pancake" breakfast, under the marquee, served on ceramics made on the premises. A unique artistic experience.

Welcome to L'atelier d'André, a renovated, self-contained guest room on our property. 36 m² room with a 160x200 queen-size bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Tassimo coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. Private outdoor terrace. Breakfast included and available in the room, and the option of meals at the table d'hôtes (vegetarian options available). Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

You can enjoy all the amenities of a lively village (shops, restaurants, sports activities...) and its large Tuesday market. You can also visit the 1900 village of Bournat and its activity park (aquarium, labyrinth...).

A staircase leads you to the waterfront. A 4000 m2 plot hosts fruit trees. I have a room for 2 people, and a mezzanine located above the room and can also accommodate 2 other people. Access to the mezzanine is via a staircase with a railing inside the room
