계획없이 방문했으나 너무 훌륭한 숙소를 만나 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 플라야 델 카르멘에 대해 정말 별로 알아보지 않고 왔습니다만 이보다 완벽한 위치가 있나 싶네요. 지하주차장이 있어서 렌트카로 다니기도 편하고 루프탑, 일층 수영장 접근도 다 편했어요. 침대는 크고 super clean 상태였으며, 식기나 화장실도 모두 깨끗했습니다. 가성비를 따져봐도 너무 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 딱 하나, 제가 묵은 방은 발코니쪽 창문이 잠기지 않았어요. 이건 고쳐야할것 같습니다. 걸어갈수있는 거리에 맛집도 있었어요. El fogon 이라고 있는데 사람들 바글바글합니다.

Stay was great! The pool and upper deck were great reprieves from the hot Mexican sun! Great view of the sunrise and sunset. Appreciated having the private patio too. Erick was super helpful and flexible when our taxi couldn’t find the place. Allowed us to get a last minute early check in. Do wish it was a tad bit easier to find/distinguished. One thing my boyfriend and I appreciated was no limit on the AC and electric. Conveniently located with good recommendation for places to eat. About a 15 minute walk to the ocean.

Realmente las fotos no le hacen honor al lugar, tanto el depto como el resto del condominio. Nos sentimos como en casa, no nos queríamos ir. A tal punto que nos pareció más lujoso que el all inclusive al que nos hospedamos después. Todo impecable, con detalles en cada lugar donde mirase, excelente terminaciones y calidad de los electrodomésticos. Hasta pudimos hacer uso del lavarropas. Me di cuenta que no había secador de pelo y al mencionárselo a Melani ella directamente lo compró y lo obtuve al día siguiente. Impecable. Nos sentimos realmente muy cómodos, al ser nuestra luna de miel no podríamos haber elegido mejor lugar para pasar nuestras primeras 8 noches en Playa del Carmen. La zona muy tranquila, podés moverte bien con auto ya que queda un poco lejos del centro pero conviene porque es una zona exclusiva. Muchas gracias Melani y al otro anfitrión por tanta calidez. Recomendaremos sin dudas y volveremos apenas podamos.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, nos sentimos agusto, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, el personal del edificio es muy amable, bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y la alberca en la azotea la disfrutamos mucho.

Cómoda, el lugar muy lindo y el anfitrión siempre amable y pendiente en mi estancia, solo tuve un tema con el internet pero me ayudó a resolverlo, tienes cerca restaurantes, tiendas e incluso un Chedraui por si deseas hacer compras y cocinar en el depa, sin duda volvería a rentarlo.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

La casa es increíble, muy espaciosa y con hamaca incluida. Esta lejos de la zona turística pero cuesta unos 70 pesos ir en taxi. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y tiene playa esmeralda y otra mas muy cerca que son muy bonitas. Los dueños muy rápidos y amables ya que les pedimos unos favores y nos aceptaron sin problema Nosotros por nuestra parte tuvimos en descuido con la limpieza en la casa pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo y se solucionó rápidamente Muy recomendado

Excelente estancia, Elba y Nayeli siempre atentas para resolver cualquier imprevisto. Agradezco todas las atenciones, ampliamente recomendable. Muy seguro, confortable y las albercas excelente.

La casa está muy bien ubicada y en una zona tranquila. Cuenta con todas las amenidades para que te sientas como en casa.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo, estuvimos muy contentos! Ojalá la sala y comedor tuviera aire acondicionado! Pero fuera de eso la pasamos muy bien.

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.

Desde que pusimos un pie en Mex Alex, nuestro host, estuvo muy atento hasta ayudándonos con la movilidad desde el aeropuerto hasta el airbnb 🙌🏼. Las instrucciones de ingreso fueron claras, ademas dispusimos toda la estadía de una cochera para nuestro auto respondiendo a nuestro pedido 🚘 . El departamento es chico pero cómodo. Su baño es bastante amplio, limpio y cómodo. La cocina es chiquita pero practica, tiene todo lo que necesitas. La terraza esta muy linda para pasar la tarde. Sinceramente recomendaríamos este airbnb para tu estadía en playa, cerca de todo, cómodo y con una atención del anfitrión impecable 💖 Buena playa al que venga! Gracias Alex por todo 🙌🏼

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment. A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again.
