Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Solidaridad

We love Puerto Aventuras and always stay at Porto Bello. We wanted extra week and rented this unit until we got our regular place. Great view from the 3rd floor and elevator is a plus. Recommended .

We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

I really enjoyed the hospitality of Jay and his staff. Jay responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. Very informational when it came to the knowledge of the area and restaurants to go to places to go.. Jay is very transparent and does good business. This place is setup in the perfect part of the city, The walk to the 5th street is within a couple blocks. Restaurants are everywhere within blocks, This place is a jewel. I would definitely come back. The actual facility is very comfortable if you do not wanna go to the beach? You can spend all day at the rooftop pool. If you’re the type that wants to cook, There is a grocery store one block away. Also if you want to travel to other parts of the country, The bus station is also a block away. This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

El departamento tiene más cosas que las que anuncian, la verdad súpero mis espectatativas, mis hijas y mi esposa quedaron súper satisfechas, agradezco el precio y el lugar tan hermoso. Felicidades Ray !!

Nachdem wir spontan eher aus unserer eigentlichen Unterkunft geflüchtet sind, war das spontan gebuchte Apartment für uns wirklich der Himmel! Blitzsauber, modern, keine Schädlinge! Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, kleinere Geschäfte sowie Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location, spacious and comfy apartment with everything you need and more, beautiful views and a warm breeze from the ocean and a super responsive host that went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Warmly recommended!

This was a perfect spot for our small family. We were traveling with two kids (one infant) so we needed 2 bedrooms so we could set up a crib. The two bedrooms were both nice and both had their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were also very nice with a nice balcony to hang out on. The roof top pool and hot tub were also a fun place to hang out. Washer and dryer in apt was nice to have as well. The only issue we had was one of the toilets was having issues funcitoning, but the building maintenance came to fix it as soon as possible. There was also a couple nights where a tenant on the first floor had left their dog out in the common area and it was barking loudly into the night, so that was an issue. It would also be nice if the kitchen had some more basic amenities like salt, pepper and cooking oil for use. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, markets and the beach all close and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. Good value! Thank you Maureen!

Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos, el lugar está impecable, super cómodo, las instalaciones son muy buenas. la ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo. Fuimos en familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias Juliana!!!

Todo en orden es lo que se ofrece , hay algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar pero lo vale la atención de la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente apoyándonos. Ubicación excelente, barrio súper tranquilo y agradable.

Muy bonito lugar y confortable, lo recomiendo

Todo bien tal cual indica la descripción del hospedaje. Solo que el cuidador es poco empatico, no tiene buena llegada con sus huéspedes. Lo otro es que el cuidador vive y duerme en la terraza, donde está la piscina, lo que deja mucho que desear del trato con los trabajadores. Me dio pena verlo así, durmiendo en una reposera de madera solo tapado con una manta. El resto todo ok

Både Shawna og Santiago var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Svarede hurtigt tilbage på beskeder. Lejligheden er rummelig og ligger i et roligt lokalt kvarter. Der er alt hvad du har behov for.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Playa! In totaal ben ik 2,5 maand gebleven met een tussenpauze van 1 week (daarom zie je waarschijnlijk niet bij mijn review staan dat ik een langdurig verblijf had). Ik vond het een perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Een zeer compleet appartement met keuken en airco. Vooral de eigen werkplek was fijn, daar heb ik dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt als remote werker. Ik voelde me erg veilig dankzij de receptionist en de camerabeveiliging. Enige nadelen: ik vond het bed erg hard, waardoor ik rugpijn kreeg. En er zat vochtschade op de muur doordat er geen raam open kon (althans, dat kon wel maar dan kwamen er muggen binnen). Maar goed, verder alles top.
