This place was homey with not too many people around the girls had fun in the pool and its inside the complex which always makes me feel secure. Host was very responsive and flexible 10/10 recommend

The place was perfect for our needs! Really appreciated the advance and on-site communication and assistance. Loved the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and 5th Avenue!

If you hate resorts then this is the place for you. Everywhere you go you'll get a "Hola" when you make eye contact with the locals. People are friendly and go about their day to day business as you do. The streets and area are safe. I personally have walked many kilometers going here and there without a care in the world. Everything you could possible need is close by, from supermarkets to little corner stores to fine dining and clubs, all without a car. Book this place once, guaranteed you'll be back. Ask me how I know?

Great stay at their Marina Mia apartment. Puerto Aventuras is quite a large gated community of condos, houses, apartments and hotels, there is a large marina backed complex of bars, restaurants and shops and this apartment is easily walkable to both the main beaches and the Marina in around 10-15 minutes but if you want a golf buggy these are rentable from a few different vendors. The apartment has loads of space and the facilities are excellent, the bed in the master bedroom is so big and comfy. Fans and air con worked well. It is really well equipped, though the listing said snorkelling equipment was there so we didn't bring ours, this wasn't the case and there's plenty to see, particularly in the nearby cenotes so that was a shame. We needed to buy bin bags water and toilet rolls, totally forgot they were offering bikes which would have been great so can't review that bit! Highly recommend this apartment and Miguel was helpful and fast to respond to questions throughout our stay.

Daniela’s condo was perfectly serene, clean, sophisticated, and offered the most gorgeous garden views from the massive sliding doors onto the main floor private patio. I truly loved climbing into bed each night as the mattress was incredibly comfortable - and the black-out curtains made it dark for sleeping deep. She also provided filtered water, coffee pods for AM cappuccinos, and everything you need for cooking meals in the simple and clean kitchen! I would definitely book my next Playa Del Carmen stay here - as Ipana condo building is amazing in many ways including the rooftop pools and perfect location for walking to 5th Ave, my fave tree-rich pedestrian street Calle 38, and the close-by beaches only 10 min walk! Daniela was responsive and helpful in all our communications - from start to finish. Wonderful person to trust and receive support for a great visit in Playa! Thank you Daniela! <3

La anfitriona es muy amable y está siempre predispuesta a ayudar. El alojamiento está a unas 7 cuadras aproximadamente de la quinta avenida y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía en la ciudad

The place was good, three bathrooms is always a plus. The place lack windows to the outside or balcony. The roof top is a little updated, can use a makeover. Overall it was a nice stay.

Vero nos daba toda información en tiempo y forma y addy siempre estaba pendiente de mi familia por Si necesitaba alguna situación. Áreas y habitaciones con todo lo indispensable; un Oxxo súper cerca por cualquier situación que se llegara a presentar. Y un lugar que se nota muy seguro.

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

El alojamiento es excelente, superó mis expectativas, muy amplio y confortable. Puerto Aventura es un lugar increíble para descansar y disfrutar del mar caribe. Danely de las mejores anfitrionas que me han tocado, siempre pendiente y amable, dando atención a todas nuestras solicitudes, inclusive aquellas que no estaban relacionadas con el hospedaje. Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla y nos hospedaríamos ahí de nuevo sin dudarlo.

We will be back! Miguel's place was spacious, clean, and the perfect fit for my family of four. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the birds. My son's favorite part was the pool. Parking was right in front of the unit and it is a short distance to all the restaurants and shops.

Ubicación muy tranquila, zona segura y sin ruidos, el departamento tenía una vista espectacular, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la comunicación con José fue de gran ayuda, siempre atento con nosotros, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos!

Luis a été un hôte fabuleux! Nous avons trouvé cet endroit dernière minute, ayant annulé une réservation d’un air bnb qui ne nous convenait pas. Luis a immédiatement répondu à notre proposition, et donné toutes les informations requises pour faire l’enregistrement, et ce même en heure tardive. Nous avons été ravies par l’appartement et la propeté de celui-ci. Son charme avec la petite cours extérieur a rendu le séjour doux et confortable. C’était déjà ma deuxième fois au Miranda, et je n’ai que du positif à dire ce cet endroit. On s’y sent à la maison. Le confort des lieux et son emplacement est plus que parfait. Nous y retournons avec hâte. Merci à Luis pour sa communication impeccable et très attentionnée!! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Modern and very cozy flat located in a big resort area. Very good communication with the host AL and many useful tips. In case you do not have a car, it is not easy to find a place to eat since the resort area is includes exclusively all-inclusive hotels. You need either to take a colectivo/taxi to Akumal or Tulum, or to buy a daily pass/ lunch / dinner ticket to eat at the central building called Casa de Club ( the Club House). However there is one close place to eat -" Beached bikini bar" located directly on the beach 10 minutes from Bahia Tulum beach towards Akumal. They serve great ceviches, tacos and pizzas and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We went there every day.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was bigger than I anticipated, the king size bed was very comfortable and most importantly, the ocean front location was amazing!! I've stayed at several locations in Puerto Aventuras and this location was the best I've stayed in so far. Host and management were very friendly and responsive and instructions for entry were clear and provided well in advance. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Quinta-Aqua! Everyone in our group is already planning to come back and rent the same Airbnb again. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. We had a little trouble finding the Airbnb using Google Maps, especially since we arrived in the dark, but we were able to problem-solve and find our way. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus—we enjoyed hanging out on the patio, and it stayed cool without getting blasted by the morning sun like some of the other condos. Puerto Aventuras felt very safe, and we had no trouble getting around with the two golf carts we rented, which fit perfectly in our designated parking spot. The home came stocked with plenty of drinking water, which was great. We did run out of toilet paper at one point, but Miguel was quick to bring more. However, we had to purchase extra to last the rest of our trip, and the scented toilet paper provided didn’t work for some of the girls in our group.

This trip was our second at the Terrazas complex. The suite was as described with comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry, etc. The exterior yard and pools are fantastic. Within the gated community are many restaurants including a taco bar, pizza place, burger place, breakfast place as well as higher end restaurants. Explore your options. Beach club was very nice, great service and also live music on Sundays. There is also a market/store and farmers market. Talk to other people while at the pools as many stay for months and they are full of useful information. Hoping to get back again next year.
