Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

Fue agradable la estancia en la Villa, la cual es muy amplia y las habitaciones son cómodas, el jardín está muy bonito, todo es como en las fotos y por el precio es una excelente opción.

Gerardo fue muy atento. En todo momento contestó rápida y amablemente. Resolvió los diferentes problemas que encontramos. Al lugar le falta un poquito de mantenimiento (el aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes goteaba, la ducha de uno de los cuartos tenía una fuga) pero se lo comenté a Gera y me dijo que se encargaría. No había champú, ni jabones, ni suficientes toallas, las almohadas estaban en mal estado (creo que las lavaron en lavadora, entonces estaban “apelotadas”) pero afortunadamente Gerardo se hizo cargo de abastecernos comprando estos productos en un supermercado. Excelente servicio de Gerardo, aunque hubiera sido lindo que el alojamiento hubiera tenido todo disponible y en buen estado desde el momento en que llegamos, pero entendemos que Gerardo vive lejos y que puede ser desafiante estar 100% al conocimiento de todo. Me quedaría allí de nuevo, sin duda. Lo recomiendo.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and comfort. One of the highlights was definitely having 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier for everyone. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute drive from 5ta Avenida, making it easy to enjoy the attractions while still being in a peaceful, gated community with a guard for added security. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area with a group!

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

El departamento muy bien equipado, tanto la cocina con electrodomésticos necesarios para la comida así como la sala con Aire acondicionado y el entretenimiento de la TV. Alicia fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos 🙏

Jungle and stars ist ein einzigartiger Platz. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Haben Vorschläge für Ausflüge gemacht. Wir konnten jederzeit zu essen bestellen. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Es war ruhig, nur Dschungelgeräusche waren zu hören. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt. Die archeologische Stätte in Coba ist die schönste die wir gesehen haben, umgeben von Natur.

Muy cómoda la habitación, súper limpio todo y cama muy cómoda. Ten en cuenta que estás a 7 min aprox del malecon y es preferible tomar transporte pero hay bastante y eso no es problema :) sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí

Lo unico malo son los horarios de entrada y salida, es demasiado tempano 10:00 am para salir

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

Recomiendo el lugar ampliamente, seguro que volvemos el complejo es precioso y con excelentes amenidades para disfrutar. El apartamento está muy limpio,coincide tal cuál las fotos y es muy lindo para parejas. El anfitrión siempre atento y pendiente de las necesidades. ✅👍

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Excelente ubicación, variedad de restaurantes en la cuadra. Relativamente cerca de la 5ta Avenida, de hecho fuimos caminando con nuestros hijos de 8 y 6 años. El estudio es pequeño pero contó con todo lo necesario para nuestro grupo familiar. Nohemy atenta a nuestras inquietudes!!

This place is PERFECT if you want to be in the middle of everything! One block from the beach, steps from the best restaurants, bars, and clubs. Tacos and Marquesitas right across the street (lifesaver for those late-night munchies), and Quinta Alegria mall is just a few steps away, where they even have a Starbucks. This is a great spot if you're looking to enjoy the local nightlife and beach during your stay. It can get noisy at night, so bring your earplugs. The studio was spic and span, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. The host was friendly, very responsive, and helpful throughout. I would return to this place anytime.

Everything was perfect! Suites turquesa is a prime location for snorkeling. The PH had everything we needed for our three night stay. We will definitely be back.

Victor’s place is located in a very quiet community and I slept super well when I was there! The nature around the place is beautiful and the community pool is super close by and always empty when I went. The beach is also a short walk (probably around 1.5 km) but there is a shuttle you can wait for if you don’t want to walk that. Victor was super responsive to my messages when I was there and always got back immediately if I had a question.

The stay was absolutely perfect. It feels private while being centrally located. It is spotless and very comfortable and convenient. Fernanda is an impressive host and always proactive and helpful with anything that is needed! I highly recommend this place.
