Nice house with a patio in Baskemölla

A bright apartment in a single storey villa for rent. Access to private patio and garden part surrounded by lavender. The location is quiet and located in a scenic setting, with walking distance to the sea and to Tjörnedala art gallery. Baskemölla is a beautiful fishing village with ancient origins, 5 km north of Simrishamn, there is a swimming area and its own harbor. Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast is included in the price! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.
