Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

Sofiero, an older house above Kivik

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Older charming three-story house, two of which are rented, in the apple orchards just above Kivik. Ideal location - close to Stenshuvud, Vitemölla, Brösarps backar, Haväng and other attractions. Suitable for both families and couples. Rented daily or weekly. Newly-built house from fall 2025. Unbeatable location for exploring Österlen, right between the Österlen and Djupadal golf courses. Located on a corner lot at a cul-de-sac in a secluded location overlooking meadows & apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with walking distance to the courses from the house and garden. You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!

Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
