Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The Log Cabin

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4th. Good public transport. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Lovely cottage in the woods

Welcome to a unique accommodation! Only 7 minutes' drive from Höör, or 40 minutes' walk through the woods from the train station, is this charming house built in 1914. The house has an open floor plan, 5 rooms spread over 100 m2, fireplace, exposed beams, country kitchen and 2 beds that are made when you arrive. Lovely forest plot with greenhouse, woodshed and generous patios. The railway runs next to the plot but there is no other traffic that disturbs. The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Here we offer accommodation in a picturesque environment close to nature and animals. Our farm is 15 minutes from Lund, 25 minutes from Malmö. You are also very close to Österlen and the south coast with sun and swimming. In our immediate area there are hiking trails, golf courses, cafes, restaurants, dressage, mountain bike trails and other exciting excursions.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
