Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!

My apartment is located in the center of Skovshoved with walking distance to the harbor. It is a 2-room apartment with direct access to a sunny and private courtyard. In the courtyard there is a barbecue and fireplace. You can park for free, and there is a bus connection directly from the area every two hours to the center of Copenhagen.
