Summer house Gudmindrup

Relax with the whole family at this lovely summerhouse at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed, as well as an annex with a sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and the main house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Gudmindrup beach with toilet facilities and lifeguard during the high season.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Welcome to our charming vacation rental on a small farm surrounded by open fields, woods, and peaceful nature. The second-floor apartment consists of: a large, bright living room with comfortable furniture, including a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children; a nice dining area with a beautiful view of our garden; a fully equipped kitchen; 1 bedroom; a bathroom; a balcony; a private entrance; and private parking. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The home is located in Odsherred, with plenty of opportunities, as well as great beaches, nature, and cultural experiences. There are opportunities for good dining experiences, as well as walking in cozy Nykøbing Sjælland.

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
