Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Svinahuset 3

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Svinahuset consists of four separate, completely newly-built apartments with one room and a fully-equipped kitchenette as well as toilet and shower. As late as the 1980s, John Jacob used this part of the farm as a pigsty and at most housed about 60 pigs here. Since then, the space has been rebuilt in different stages. In 2023 and 2024, this entire part was rebuilt into four modern one-room apartments with their own small terrace overlooking the landscape around the farm.

Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

House of the times

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a lively village. Within a twenty km radius, you can reach, for example, Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close are wonderful beaches, amazing nature, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar and Ystad. Shops in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and a vending machine shop in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn, Tomelilla-Lund and Ystad.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Tobisborg's hiking apartment!

A simple but unique apartment at Tobisborgs Gård. A stone's throw from the sea. On the farm there is a restaurant, horses, chickens, peacocks. Dogs are, of course, welcome but must be kept on a leash. The stairs in the apartment to the upper floor are narrow and somewhat steep. Bed linen is brought with you or rented at the accommodation (SEK 100) Cleaned on arrival and left cleaned or buy cleaning (SEK 500)
