Apartment that is part of a house with a sunny terrace and playful industrial décor. The house was previously a car workshop and the large gates remain. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with 5 meters in ceiling height and a sofa corner with a lovely pellet stove. Half a staircase up, you will find the two bedrooms and a whole staircase up, there is a TV room with a large comfortable sofa. There is a bathroom and a guest toilet. Sunny days and evenings are best spent on the sun-drenched, sheltered terrace!

Indoors we find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Through a large sunroom we access the garden, heated pool, hot tub, a grassy area and furnished several patios. The area of Österlen offers great beaches, picturesque fishing villages, cultural events and much more.

Beautiful and spacious house in quiet and relaxing surroundings, 800 m to the sea. Sheep paddocks and meadows surround the house. The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Lammbacka has two floors of 140 square meters with a large kitchen (fully equipped), two living rooms and four bedrooms. There is a sauna and a spa pool (5 people). The house has a new large balcony with several seats.
