Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access to the whole place and where there is, among other things, an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cottage village near Kvesarumssjön. Around the cottages, you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10-minute walk through the forest, you can get down to a lake with a barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: This is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

You will live in the apartment of the tower House, its called by the village like that since it has an tower. It used to be an old sewing shop. We have newly renovated the apartment on the backside of the house. Overlooking the yellow fields of Raps. With only 5 minutes down to the popular Mossbystrand Beach where you can eat icecream and hang by the beach all day. Closest supermarket is in Skivarp only 10 minutes and 10 minutes to Ystad where you can do shopping and visit the city center.

The accommodation has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The sea is only a 2-minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.
