Linen for a week is included, but bath towels are included.

Here you are close to fantastic nature experiences with magnificent views, two kilometers west is the small fishing village of Kåseberga with the ship set Ale rocks. About 5 minutes walk from the house there is a local restaurant, kiosk and mini golf course.

House with 2 floors, as well as a friggebod with a total of 9 sleeping places. 100 m to the beach and proximity to restaurants, shops, playgrounds etc. Go here to relax and be in the centre of Österlen with lots of gems and adventures within easy reach and fantastic walking and cycling routes right outside the door. Just as beautiful all seasons. Within walking distance there is also Simrishamn. The house fits everyone from the couple, to the big family or family reunion.

Brand new built in 2022, very fresh detached guesthouse 100m from the beach. You live in a forest-like area, with sea noise and the beach as a neighbor. Takes a morning and/or evening dip. Relaxing with mile-long walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm large private small house with two bedrooms at each end (respectively 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with its own barbecue.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

By the sea in Brantevik

By the beach in Brantevik is a small guesthouse overlooking the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. Bengt Lindroos architect. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hot plates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

Welcome to this nicely renovated house in Österlen. The property with its large garden is facing the ocean with stunning views of the water and the village. The decor has been hand picked from vintage shops in the region to suit this house from 1936. Baskemölla is known as one of the most charming villages in Österlen with beautiful nature, a swimming lagoon for children and intimate beaches. Arts and craft shops and art galleries nearby. An amazing place to stay all year round.

The house is situated in a calm and quiet pineforest with wildlife almost on your doorstep. Walking distance to the sea (appr. 1.5 km) and lots of trails for running or walking. A big, relaxing property with hammocks for reading. Two large patios - one for sunrise and the other for sunset. The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is our familys cottage and is rented out for weeks we can not use it ourselves.

Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.
