Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Accommodation where you take care of yourself completely and can enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
